Just ordered delivery and no where did we say leave at door. The delivery driver left our pizza and bread sticks at the door , didn’t hear even a knock ! We wondered where our food was and I went outside and our food was sitting on the concrete in the cold for lord knows how long. Bread sticks and pizza is cold. Thanks papa John’s. Everything is disgusting and cold. The stuffed crust cheese isn’t even melted

I was able to find a good deal on their website for a 3 topping large, for $11. Placed the order for pick up on their app,
I arrived around 15 minutes after, and it was just coming out of the oven. Service was friendly and quick.
The pizza was decent, and the sauce/cheese ratio was good. I only wish they added a little more Canadian bacon.

This was our 1st time trying Papa John’s. This has to be the worst pizza I have ever had. The sauce was minimal as well as the cheese, it was in spots. Paid extra for toppings there were maybe 5 olives and 5 pineapple pieces on the entire pizza.
The delivery was fast, I can see why they took no pride in making my pizza. The delivery driver was very nice that was the only good thing about this experience. And $30.. plus the tip. Not worth it at all. So disappointed. I should’ve read the reviews

We have had multiple problems at this locations. The most current was an order of an extra large cheese pizza. They sliced it into only 5 slices, the dough was raw and cheese unmelted. I had to reach out multiple times after sending requested photos. I was promised a refund or credit which I still haven’t received. I emailed them again with zero reply. Such a disappointment.

Did an online delivery order. Driver was amazing and super kind. Manager at the store needs to work on customer service skills. We got delivered the wrong order and when I called the manager said she’d call the driver and just hung up. When I called back for an update she spoke as if we were giving her a hard time when really a call back would’ve been fine instead of just a hang up with no context as to what was going to happen. Attitude was definitely not needed. Manager apparently stated we were going to give them the wrong order back which was never asked of us, driver knew very well that a new order should be sent to the other people rather than food with a broken seal.

This papa John’s is terrible. We have had so many inconsistent orders. The last experience was a late delivery where we had cold pizza. The pizza wasn’t even sliced lol. The driver told us they got lost. Then we called to address it and they couldn’t find the manager so we had to call back. Then manager was super apathetic. Either they bring pay them enough to care about their job or this location just doesn’t care about their job.

The food was…okay. The boneless wings are sad to say the least. Blended up chicken parts and covered in sauce…compared to Dominos and Dominos is far superior for the same price. To make it worse Papa John’s puts their wings in a plastic container that’s poor for the environment. The pizza was good and as expected.
When I went into the store to pick up my order they were prompt but the payment machine wasn’t. All the food was correct and hot as expected.

Papa Johns Mount Vernon. Jan 3, 11pm ordered large thin crust, square sliced. Got a regular. Also ordered a xl ny style. Not sure what slice I got and toppings looks like just dumped crumpled in spots.

Really disappointed in this Papa John’s location and will not be back, even though I typically enjoy pizza from this chain. I always order extra sauce on my pizza. Even with ordering extra, there is BARELY ANY SAUCE on this pizza! Just cheese on dry bread. I couldn’t even eat all of the pizza, it was so bad. It went in the trash.
I even called Papa John’s to try to provide this feedback. A not-very-knowledgeable service rep promised a manager would call me within 48 hours. Nope. Never heard anything. Papa John’s makes it impossible to provide feedback that they could use to make improvements that would retain customers (I see at least one other review complaining of no sauce). So now this location has permanently lost a customer.

Very excited & happy to discover Papa Johns opened this location. My family’s favorite pizza place. Just moved here 2 yrs ago & so sad there wasn’t one til now. First time ordering carry out last night. Disappointed we couldn’t see or taste sauce which is much of a pizza’s flavor. Had lots of toppings but little cheese so toppings were falling off. Only 1 of 3 we ordered had enough cheese, but my son ordered extra cheese so it should have been thick & gooey. It wasn’t. Will give another try soon ordering extra sauce. We shouldn’t have to pay for extra cheese to get a decent amount.
