Just don’t bother. Like it is laughable how bad they are at following instructions. First it was forgetting my diet dr kelp which okay minor inconvenience, then I see my pizza and it’s not right it is my pizza because these are the toppings.. I ordered pineapple on the entire pizza and bacon on right and sausage on left I thought maybe I accidentally selected both meats to be on the same side but nah I was right they messed it up.
Edit: it’s been over a week and they never refunded my money likely they said they would I will be calling the store again today to remind them and keep updating this review. This location should not be in business
Edit 2: I called at first they said I’d have to pick up my refund in person then they immediately called back to say my refund was already processed and I would see it the next day; 48 hours later and still no refund I will be making another call. Oh and this person on the phone said they were the general manager

The food was made quickly, staff were quick with handing over my order, but mostly reserved attitudes, which I can respect.
The food was mid quality, pepperoni lacked flavor, sauce felt watery and almost non existent, the cheese was good, but not like a stretchy fresh cheese, the crust was thin and bland (ordered a regular crust so it wasn’t a thin crust).
So while the pizza was still mostly enjoyable, its the worst of any papa johns I’ve had. Though it wouldn’t prevent me from getting from there again, in hopes of a bit of higher quality.

As I was waiting for my order I saw the employee who was preparing pizzas give another couple their online order, then proceed to take trash from outside the restaurant that one of the customers brought in (there’s no bin in the small front area for customers) and throw it away. I was then given my order, and I watched as the employee went back to making more pizzas without changing their contaminated gloves, touching all the food and equipment and topping dispensers in the back of the relatively open air kitchen.
I don’t think I’ll be eating this pizza, and I don’t know if I even care enough to call and try to speak to whoever is in charge — I just wanted to try the location to see how it held up and I think what I witnessed overwrote any interest in eating what was given to me that I had before I stepped in.
I hope the staff is retrained, I hope someone sees this review.

I’ve ordered from them three times. The first two times, my pizza was extremely undercooked, with plenty of raw dough. I ordered a third time, selecting the “well done” option for my pizza. It was still undercooked. A quarter of my pizza had raw dough in it.
In addition to this, the toppings are always unevenly thrown on and sparse, sometimes missing certain toppings entirely.

I don’t know how a location manages to get every possible thing wrong, but store #5244 did exactly that. I placed an order at 4:30 PM and was quoted an estimated delivery time of 5:18-5:28 PM. An hour passed and no food. The ETA continued to be pushed back every few minutes. I tried contacting the store to no avail. I tried contacting Papa John’s through their live chat since the store wasn’t responding. The agent told me they were unable to cancel the order and all I could do was fill out an online form and wait 24-48 hours for a response.
Finally, over four hours later, my order was delivered and was completely wrong. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks – a super basic order, yet I received a plain cheese pizza and a brownie. I’ve been a fan of Papa John’s for many years as I generally love their pizzas but after this experience I will never order from them again.

I like Papa John’s but this store is carryout only. I also notice they do not pay attention to the orders they fill. I have ordered a double chocolate chip brownie twice and never received it. The 1st order I purchased came with a cinnamon style desert I took back and got my money for. The 2nd order came with a cookie and still no brownies. No one is going to walk back in the cold for the wrong desert.

I ordered from them twice since they’ve opened, each time the pizza was incredibly undercooked. Try it out and review if they’ve better, but I had enough bad experiences to not try again.

People are going to think I’m a bot with this positive review after all the negative ones but every time I order from here, it is just consistent. And today, I was just blown away with how perfect my order was. I mean, look at that delicious gooey pizza! The breadsticks were perfect too. Almost every time I order, it’s around 5 pm so I wonder if that factors into it being good for me everytime? I also pick up vs delivery. People are super nice too.

Ordered stuffed crust large. Was completely inedible. The only thing that was cooked was the stuffed crust. The rest of the dough was never cooked as you can see in the pics. Pathetic for an over $30 pizza. Called the store to talk to the manager and no one answered for 5 mins. Emailed regional manger and have never heard back. Will never be ordering from them again. Pathetic.
