We’ve been ordering from here for several years and it’s always been consistently good. I like the deals and the whole tracker when the pizza is being made is super nice. I had a very disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location in Bothell, mainly because of the owner/manager’s behavior. They were rude, unapproachable, and showed no sense of humor or basic customer friendliness.
Even a small conversation or light moment was handled with irritation instead of professionalism. As a customer, you expect at least respectful communication, but that was clearly missing here.
The food itself may be standard Papa John’s quality, but customer service matters just as much, and this location seriously lacks it. I hope the management works on their attitude and how they treat customers, because it really affects the overall experience.

I stopped by Papa John’s on Halloween to pick up my order, and I could tell right away that they were absolutely swamped — clearly a huge number of orders coming in! Even with all that, the team was working incredibly fast and efficiently. Everyone was hustling, staying focused, and doing their best to get pizzas out on time.
A special shout-out to the young gentleman working at the front — they were polite, calm, and so organized while juggling customers and keeping track of everything. Really impressive!
On a night when most of us were out celebrating with parties or trick-or-treating, this hardworking crew made it possible for the rest of us to enjoy our pizzas. Big thanks to the whole team for their effort and great attitude!

This Papa John’s wouldn’t take my order. He said I need to order through the app. I’m not one to do the app, so I said I would go somewhere else. I’m now at Mill creek Papa John’s where they took my order at the desk in the store. Seems like the bothell store at Thrashers corner is having issues. It is the closest one to me but if they can’t serve me for their own issues they lost me as a customer and I will make sure I post it on next door neighbor site. I will give Mill creek a good review.

Really happy with service of the manager. Always went above and beyond with the service and the pizzas all come out with great quality. I ordered pizza here for my son’s birthday and the pizza was the biggest favored amongst all the other foods. Our family’s go to.

We used to order papadillas from this location all the time. We ordered 3 papadillas for delivery for tonight and they all came in like the attached pictures. First we were already aggrevated by how long the delivery took. We placed the order around 5:30pm but we did not get our food delivered until 8pm. On top of that, the meatball papadilla was like half the normal size. I’ve never seen papadillas looked and delivered this way and I was so offended someone would actually make them this way this size, and expect the customer to accept it. Do these look like papadillas to you? Additionally, we never got any sauces that we selected with the papadillas. Someone was definitely slacking off tonight. Papadilla boxes were not even sealed either. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable.

Walked in to grab my order, and my vehicle has a different countries flag on it. It’s none of their business neither do you need to show any disrespect. You’re working, not judging. Absolutely worst customer service and disrespectful worker. Don’t tell anyone what to do with their cars

Stop asking drivers for a bag like some cooperate drones. We dont have a choose with the app to get the pizza we have to take a photo every time in every store but your the only store asking for bags to come inside the store.
