For two pizzas that cost almost $50; I would expect a pizza with more toppings and fully cooked(see picture where I squished down the undercooked dough. each topping was 1.95 ea although that could be uber eats; it may be cheaper in store.
Really disappointed, but at least my airfryer can take care of the undercooked part I guess.
Steer clear of this particular location.

So I ordered pizza. I called the shop because all I had was $100 bill and asked them to bring the cash to break it and the manager rudely said they cannot do that (which it does not say anywhere on their website they can’t do that )so I asked them to cancel my order. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. Won’t buy food from this place anymore. Suggest nobody else does.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We had the experience of ordering from the establishment this evening only to learn after paying almost $30 for 2 1-topping pizzas that they were being delivered by Door Dash. NOWHERE on the website are customers informed that food is delivered by Door Dash. Both my husband and I called and spoke to, apparently, the District Manager, who was rude from the word go, wanted to speak over both of us, tell us since we refused the order he would refund us but we would be banned from ordering and when he didn’t like me standing up for my position and allowing him to railroad me and talk over me he told me I needed to shut up. We will obviously never be ordering from this fabulous establishment again. Thank you Papa Johns franchise. You have failed the company you have chosen to represent.

Went in 15 minutes before they close, for an order that had been placed almost 20 minutes prior, so about 10:25 was when the order was placed.
I showed up and he met me at the door at 10:45, told me my order was placed after they closed, close is at 11 pm. Then he locked the door.
This place regularly does this.
Get your pizza anywhere else.
They need to change their posted hours if they dont want to make food 40 minutes before they close.

I ordered a pizza on the website for carry out with no issue. My phone was in hand from the time I placed the order until the time that I checked the online tracker which stated that my order was ready for pickup. Drove across town to get my order and was rudely told by the manager Jeff that he cancelled my order because they close at 10. I received no notification telling me any of this although the manager claimed he called me. I had placed my order well before 10 which your website allowed me to do and your tracker stated the order was ready. Either you have a glitch in your system or you just didn’t want to make the order so you chose to cancel it. Regardless that is not my fault. If you don’t want to accept orders past a certain time you need to update your system accordingly, that’s not the customer’s responsibility. I’ve never encountered a restaurant that refuses service to a customer simply because they can’t be bothered to and I cannot imagine in my years of customer service ever treating a customer like that. No reparations or apology of any kind was made to me and the lack of communication and unpleasant attitude that I was given from the moment I walked in was beyond off putting. Definitely a great way to ensure customers never patronize your business again.

I’ve always enjoyed their pizza. Great value and good ingredients. I order frequently for work and they’re always friendly.
Edit May 2021: After over a year into a pandemic and one employee still won’t wear a mask properly. I’ve brought it up multiple times with Papa John’s management over several weeks but there’s been no change. I can no longer recommend this location.

I really like Papa John’s. Crust is crispy and chewy and is the best with the garlic sauce that comes with. You can get great online deal codes. This location on Division has always been great to me with customer service. I only wish there was one in Springfield because the drive cools the pizza down, but still worth it.

It was 5 stars, I knocked a star down because after 3 years from my original review the ingredients seemed a little off and their phone number isn’t direct to the store but a call center in India where help was… not helpful.

I ordered my pizza at 9:30 last night, it didn’t arrive until almost 20 after 11. The driver was kind, However the pizza was barely even warm, my 2 litter was supposed to be a root beer instead we got Dr. Pepper, and we were not given a receipt. I am very dissatisfied with the over all experience, the food and the delivery time. Our meal was totally not worth what we paid for.
