I ordered a New york style pizza extra large with beef no red sauce using Uber eats and Cheese sticks also a 2 liter Mug root beer. I got surprised when I saw it like is shown in the picture everything wrong they put pepperoni and they put red sauce, completely different even they didn’t put the beef as in picture shows. Also they didn’t give the delivery driver the Root Beer. I called them, then the minute they heard my voice they said stop calling us or we will call the police are you trying to prank us. No one even trying to listen to me. I figured they did it on purpose because of my picture and my name. So can you guys help me, it’s unfair.

I ordered extra jalapenos as one of my toppings so I ordered jalapenos and then yellow peppers or yellow banana peppers and then extra jalapenos was used up for the third topping and a free topping large pizza if you look at the photos it doesn’t look like they gave me extra jalapenos at all. I should have got something like black olives instead because one or two jalapenos isn’t considered extra jalapenos if it uses an entire topping on a three topping pizza it should be double jalapenos. This time it wasn’t and it sux.

We ordered two large pizzas, one half and half. The pepperoni pizza was ok, the meat pizza was ok. But the one I was looking forward too, was not what they claimed it was. Just because you put onions and green peppers on a pizza does not make it a philly cheese steak pizza. First the red sauce should be white sauce, philly cheese steak has meat in it, mine did not. Do you see ANY meat on this? No.. My pizza was basically red sauce, onions, green peppers and cheese. Nope !! Don’t order the philly cheese steak pizza. Now.. #Dominoes makes a GREAT philly cheese steak pizza !! We’ll go there next time.

I had the absolute best customer service experience with Jamie at Papa John’s! While getting my oil changed next door, I noticed the team was swamped, so I decided to treat them to some pizza. Jamie went above and beyond—she helped me figure out what they normally order and even personally delivered the pizza to them! Her kindness, attentiveness, and amazing personality truly restored my faith in great customer service. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable. This place is so unprofessional. First time I’ve ever had such a bad experience from ordering food. I made an phone order for take out and was told it would be ready in 5 min. When my partner went to pick up the pizza two girls at the front desk told him several times that there was no order placed. He described the pizza and they still told him no. He had me on speaker to confirm and I confirmed and they STILL said no. At first I thought I might have ordered at the wrong location but I checked online the location and phone number and I did order at the right location. My partner left and I called the location and explained the situation and surprisingly THE ORDER WAS THERE! I was so frustrated and so was my partner. The girl said it was a mistake on their end. That the order was under a name G. The guy who took my order did not ask for my name and my name or last name does not start with a G. My partner was STILL nice enough to drive back and told me that as he pulled up the same two ladies started laughing and giggling! My partner was extremely frustrated and asked them why they were laughing and they still had the audacity to say that they weren’t and said “do you still want the pizza or not?” He obviously didn’t take it but I called after to speak to the manager and a guy hung up on me. WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER!

Favorite chain to get vegan cheese free pizza from. Try regular crust & sauce with artichoke hearts, onion, roasted garlic, mushrooms, and olives. The garlic dipping sauce is vegan and tastes great with this pizza.
