I order a weird pizza, 5 meat with no cheese and extra sauce, delivered. Usually its fine but my last two orders were obviously cooked with cheese on it and then picked off afterwards. Leaving a giant hole with no sauce and pieces of cheese left in there and when you pick it up all the toppings fall off. Here’s free advice: If you mess up, throw it away and start over I’d rather get food later than expected rather than have to throw it away all together. I thought the first was a simple mistake but two in a row is enough for me to not come back after all $70 thrown away is a serious waste these days. I do not recommend and I won’t be back. There are plenty of other pizza places.

Papa John’s always has delicious pizza made quickly in a clean kitchen, and the customer service has always been great in our experience, even to the point of replacing a whole delivery of three pizzas which was seemingly stolen by a food delivery company’s driver, no questions asked. I recommend this location!

My family ordered 2 of the same pizzas. One gluten free, for myself and a stuffed crust for everyone else. The gluten free looks relatively sad, very thin and almost burnt, but not. Basically looks like they just don’t care. Taste wise, I’ve had worse. It’s thin and crispy, not bad, but not good either. Gluten free pictured on the left, regular stuffed crust on the right. Over priced for both size and taste.

Sometimes you don’t even get what you payed for. Ordered, delivered on its side, called for replacement which was sent to the wrong address. An absolute joke, so much so the manager giggled when he realized the mistake.

We took a break from this Papa John’s a couple months ago after a few off orders, but I’m happy to say they’ve seriously turned things around. For the past five orders, the pizza has been consistently on point—fresh, hot, and exactly how we like it. Big shoutout to whoever’s in the kitchen making these pies now—they deserve a raise. Keep it up!

I’m giving this Papa John’s location five stars. Simply based on the customer service. Typically, I am subjected to subpar service from staff members. Sadly, it is frequent, when I go out to order food at pretty much every type of establishment in USA.
I received exemplary service from Paul, the shift lead supervisor on duty on NYE.
He is a likable standout, worthy of high marks. I don’t take these matters lightly.
The pizza was yummy. Their menu selections are numerous, and rarely disappoint. I got a super deal on an extra large, one topping pizza. I chose square cut slices.
Dough dust from the flour was all over the place. The floors were very coated with white powder, must mean this location is busy. The staff working were covered in it too.
I paid for half of the order using Papa Dough that had accumulated in my rewards account. The pie was already low priced, for $10.99. What a WIN!!

Truly one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The crust was thin burned beyond being edible. We ordered a pepperoni and a cheese and there was no sauce and the toppings were over cooked and burned. There was clearly no effort in trying to make these pizzas. The pizzas were as if they had been sitting out all day and kept warm. For the price you pay it’s disappointing. Our past couple orders here have been this way.
