It’s not the best but it’s good enough. I really enjoyed the local special pizza “Island Fresh with Chicken” which was almost half off on Wednesday when I ordered online using the deals. I wish this location had more sauces and spices in stock, the green packets were tasty the last time I had Papa Johns.

Ordered online for pick up at this location. I had entered the store with me being the only customer present. Saw a worker coming around who noticed me but was still not assisting me. Another customer entered the store. When the worker was finally able to come to the counter he called the customer in line BEHIND me to assist them first because they knew each other. When he was done helping his friend I thought I could finally get some help but instead he told me “she (his co-worker) will help you in a bit.” The co-worker during this time was making pizzas. What I thought would be a quick 1 minute in and out pickup became a 15 minute waiting game. The worker didn’t even ask what I was there for. If he had asked “Picking up or ordering?” It would’ve solved everything. Safe to say I am never coming back here. Would rather take the extra time to go to a better location.

Usually get our pizza/wings delivery from here. Overall the food aspect is okay, but it seems they always give you about 1/10 of the sauce you expect on your pizza and or wings. We always add in the notes section to add more sauce to the pizza/wings, etc., and it still turns out the same. Picture of what we expected vs. what we got. (And yes i know you’ll never get what the pictures look like but come on, at least give some effort?)

Papa John’s or the manager has to raise the wages. There are not enough workers at this location. They sure need more hands. No shade to the current employees there as it isn’t their fault. The manager gotta do better. I am sure they are super busy and have a ton of orders to get through but they have to be more efficient. The app shows a time frame/window for the pizza to be picked up, yet I have to wait longer because there aren’t enough workers. Do yall need more workers and can’t seem to retain or hire? Pay better.

Been a loyal Papa John’s customer for over 10 years. Kept convincing myself to come back to this location for the last 2 years after bad experiences since it’s right by my house but I ate my last meal from Papa John’s today. Orders keep getting mixed up when they never used to do when I first tried this location. Always extended wait times now only to find out someone walked out with my order 5 minutes prior while I already sat around for 30 and asked for my order 3 times… Ended up with a pizza that wasn’t mine (no extra sauce) today and they offered another free pizza. I didn’t even want it because it was a long day and just wanted my order. It’s a sad day for me with this break up especially since it’s the day before valentines. I love the one lady who’s worked there for a long time though, she’s a sweetheart.

Ordered online from there on a Friday, they were kind of busy. When I got to the store to pick it up (~20 minutes after I ordered) my pizza was already done and sitting on a counter but they hadn’t started on my boneless wings yet. I sat there and waited for about 15 minutes for them to finish my wings and by the time they were ready, my pizza was long cold. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it had rather sparse cheese (I ordered extra cheese) and the crust was definitely their original style (not the brooklyn style that I ordered). Had to microwave it.

Ordered with DoorDash. It has been almost two hours and it keeps saying preparing my order. I have had two drivers obviously give up and ditch the order. Tried calling and the voicemail says they are closed, but one of my drivers said that they were open. Disappointed.
