Pizza had no cheese on over half of it a should have never been sent out to a customer.
Including a photo of what i received vs what i ordered . The person I spoke with over the phone (Karina I believe) said there were no drivers to send out a new pizza which was disappointing. However she was friendly and did offer to refund me for the pizza

I cannot even pick up my pizza without the toppings falling off. The pizza was not like this about a month ago. Must be new hires i don’t know but the pizza is awful

1st Time Ordering from here, Wish I read the Reviews first. Pizza was good that explains the 1 STAR. Ordered the Parmasan Wings was really looking forward to full on mouthwatering Coated wings, unfortunately not what I expected it looked plain with just a Butter sauce under the wings . The Garlic Knots was Burnt . Then more annoying on the app it says a total, I get a email it says a lesser amount due, long story short I call the store & speak with a manager he tells me he doesn’t know why I got that email for a lesser amount due . Not sure what’s going on, ANYONE else had this happened to them?? I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PAPA JOHN’S TO ANYONE

Save your money. This Papa John’s location is charging nearly double what the other pizza joints (Pizza Hut/Domino’s) in Wahiawa charge. I was ready to give Papa John’s a shot for a change of pace, but as soon as I saw the total, I went straight back to Pizza Hut. The math just doesn’t add up for a fast-food chain. Skip the price gouging and go elsewhere.

If you are ordering here on their app for delivery “DONT” I placed my order at 0930 before they even opened for a delivery at 1130 at 1150 or so was showing being prepared. I called in to find out what the problem was and they said they didn’t have anyone to deliver it. This is ridiculous I was offered the opportunity to go get my order and nothing else. Papa John’s you need to fix things like this and offer compensation. Check your online reviews of this location it is shameful!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENECE IN HAWAII! Literally now i understand why papa John’s sales are going down. I paid 18$ for this pizza right here. Had to call the store since there website wasn’t accepting my location or the coupon they gave me from the previous order. I was told by JAMES “there’s nothing we can do for you so call the help desk”. I was hungry so I just decided to pay full price for the pizza. I used their website to place the order and specifically wrote on the “important notes to please call me before arriving to the destination ” driver called me pissed of saying why I wasn’t at my location, and gave me and attitude when he arrived. When I tried telling him I was on duty and giving him directions he replied with a “ugh this is my job, I know where it’s at. You just messed up my plan”. Safe to say after one bite I said screw this never doing this again and called the store for a refund. I AM AN ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIER AND ALL I ASK IS FOR SOME RESPECT. We train hard and work hard for the American people. Is it too hard to ask for some decency in exchange?
