Just got an epic stuffed crust pizza. Its like 3″wide crust with toppings slid to the side and paper thin so you cant even hold the pizza. Never order this pizza. My pizza compared to the pics of what it should look like are a joke. Sat on hold until no one answeres. Never ordering papa john again. Almost 60 for a crap pizza and brownies. What a rip off.

I was looking forward to a nice piece of pizza today. Unfortunately there was only 3 slices of pizza to choose from. One was a very small piece of pepperoni a piece of cheese and a very small piece of cheese with some wilted broccoli. There was no one that was at the counter that I could ask if they would bring anything else out. I waited about 3 minutes and then left. To be honest this is not the first time that this location has much to choose from. And definitely not the first for very poor service.

Pizza dough was raw and not edible. Told cashier about it and he literally shrugged it off. Very disappointing experience. Basically spent $20 to eat toppings and throw away the raw crust. Do better, Papa Johnʻs.

Very unacceptable.. need more help. Only one worker. Ordered a plain cheese pizza at 6:30pm and it’s 7:30pm and it’s still not ready. I could of gone to pieology which is couple doors down and would of gotten my daughter pizza a lot quicker

Ordered through the app. Maybe this restaurant shouldn’t have it so that customers can order for pick up if it’s NOT an option because the mall is closed. Makes it tough on the customer and tough on the employee when what is being advertised (pick up) is just false.
Don’t blame the employee, and I get why she had an attitude because we weren’t the only customers in the same situation.

Well the pizza tastes good as usual. But the employee was pretty annoying. I walked up and wasn’t greeted at all. Not even a “hi.” Asked him if he will have more cheese pizza coming out and he said “I don’t know” and walked away. When he came back I said “What do you mean you don’t know, can you ask someone?” And he walked away again without a word. Then he came back with a cheese pizza. If a pizza was in the oven almost done, how did he not know? Such rude service. 1 pm on Mother’s Day 5/14/23.

food was okay but the employee was absolutely rude. just trying to order was so difficult the employee helping us was absolutely rude just because he had to do his job. It’s like he didn’t want us to buy anything and kept saying they didn’t have this and that even though they did but just had to make it. Then instead of handing the straw to us he threw it on the counter. Even when he hand the pizza to me he acted like it was such an inconvenience. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

This place is terrible and it’s a shame because other Papa John’s are at a different standard. I’ve ordered from them on multiple occasions due to proximity and my order has been late over an hour on two instances or made very sloppily or inaccurately. When i called to try and fix the issue the first instance they would not answer the phone even though they were open for 2 more hours. The next day when I got in contact with someone and explained the situation they said the manager was not available and they would issue a refund which never happened. The last instance I was told I would recieve a call back from thw absent manager and never recieved a call. Very unprofessional and I love papa John’s in mainland but I won’t be ordering from this one at all anymore.
