Asked for “clean cut” for half and half but received only 2 of the 8 slices for that specification. Manager says “clean cut” means that workers only need to use “cheese sticks only” roll slicers…not true, even online says Papa Johns specifically does this preference for people with allergies, religious beliefs, etc and so ALL half and half ingredients should not cross both sides at any slice…he was just coming up with a lame excuse

Standard food but it was cold because the manager left and “untrained” employee in charge who just kept telling us he didn’t know how to use the register and apparently answer the phone since it rang constantly and the only thing he did was move empty stacks of boxes back and forth. When the manager got back she was rude and unhelpful. The pizza was room temperature like when you were in college and ate last nights pizza for breakfast and the cheese bread was the worst thing I’ve ever tried and i normally like it from papa John’s. We will never go to this one again and honestly might not ever eat papa John’s again. If I could give the manager a rating it would be zero stars.

We have ordered from this location more times I can count in the last five years. I don’t know what’s been going on in the last six months, but we have had wrong orders, and our deliveries have been well over an hour late. I called the store just now and the lady was short with me. Said she was busy, that it would be 15 more minutes, and then hung up.

I order from them quite often. This one time I was far away from them and by mistake I forgot to change the location. I called them after 5 minutes to request a cancellation but they didn’t even try at all. The lady working there wasn’t nice too.
They would have earned so much goodwill from me but now they lose a customer and get these 3 stars that they deserve.
The pizza is decent and they are far from the highway. No restrooms.

This was my first visit to Papa Johns Pizza. Staff member Sam, welcomed me in and gave me a quick menu tour. I chose one topping sausage pizza. As soon as I bit into the pie, I knew quality ingredients was put deep off in it! I can smell the fresh organic ingredients that played with my senses and boy oh boy, what a dance. This pizza kicks off my Birthday. Thank you

We’ve loved papa John’s for years but had our all time worst pizzas at this store a few weeks ago. Looked horrible tasted worse. Toppings were just little crumbles of meats etc simulating toppings. This place needs to shut down

Used to be good but not sure what has happened over the past two months. The cheese is bismal at best and some parts of the pizza are just dough and sauce. Disappointing as we love papa johns. WE gave it a few chances and it is the same everytime. Little cheese and blank spaces on the pizza.

The restaurant was very clean, and the Employee’s were friendly, I was there around 1:30 PM. There was no wait and the food was served promptly. There is no restroom also no tables for eating inside or out. Over all yes I would go back again.

The food is delicious and easy to buy. While you can’t eat inside, you can pick up and take the food home. The dough is delicious and not overly salty or greasy. The cheese isn’t overly greasy. My son loves this pizza. Highly recommend the stuffed crust. The desserts are also good. Thanks for being a staple!
