Pizzas were late, incompetent driver was looking for an odd number address on the even side of the street. Finally received order in the parking lot, upon opening the boxes; pizzas shifted in each box, speed racer must be cornering too fast. Called the store, same driver claiming he is the manager, said things like this does happen and it’s eatable. No apologies or no offers to make things right. I finally asked for a refund and for him to return and pickup the pizzas. Person now accuses me of fraud and it was my fault that I didn’t check them when he handed them to me in the parking lot.

The 2 medium pizzas were terrible. The whole pizza was smaller than red baron frozen pizza. The crust was flat and the toppings barely covered the pizza.

Felt like a pizza on Saturday and ordered from this place for pick up . We placed an order and got our pizzas 15 min later. They were so fast which was a little suspicious to me. But the pizza was good .

I ordered from here and its been way over an hour and still no food. I called the restaurant and spoke to Jose Hernandez who was very rude and didn’t want to help me. I asked to have my delivery fee refunded since it’s been a crazy amount of time and he refused. He says he is the manager. If this is how the manager is treating costumers who have a problem that there is an issue. Who ever owns this papa John’s needs to make sure their management is treating their customers right. They reflect on the owner. Does the owner care? The Manager Jose made it sound like they don’t.

The pizza was pretty good the 1st time I got it, it was just a little crispy like it had an extra minute. The 2nd time I got one it was fantastic perfectly cooked and scrumptious but then the 3rd time it was a little Burnt. Always look in the Box before you leave to make sure the pizza is cooked to your liking and have them make another if it’s not correct
