I usually order from here so i didn’t expect to find hair in my pizza, one bite and i saw a hair strand hanging out of the dough… ew I took a pic of it against my white mirror so u can see the hair strand in there… I know its not mine since it was for real inside the dough part..

I was really happy with my Papa Johns order and found that the takeout order I received was delicious. There isn’t much room for eating there and it would probably be a pretty bizarre idea to take someone on a date where the space is so small that the most people inside are just placing and waiting for takeout orders.
I would recommend the jalapeño poppers only if you’re not a white Midwest girl who can’t handle any jalapeños. That was just a bad choice for me; truly just a me problem.
I would recommend several cups of Special Garlic Dipping Sauce Cup and dipping everything in it, especially the next day when you’re reheating your pizza leftovers. It just adds extra deliciousness
My boyfriend wanted to check out the new Extra Large NY Style Crust Create Your Own Pizza And added the Toppings: Sausage and Pepperoni with light sauce. He enjoyed it but said that the NY style individual pieces that he had purchased at local events was superior to the whole pizza. It doesn’t have the same grease, cheesy factor that can be achieved in a single slice.
My favorite order was the Large Epic Stuffed Crust Create Your Own Pizza, which I topped with: Parmesan Romano, Pepperoni, Onions, Mushrooms
For my Pick your Faves Deal I got 10inch Cheesesticks with a Complimentary Sides of Pizza Dipping Sauce and 6pc Unsauced Wings with another complimentary Side of Ranch.
Overall the staff was really nice and really fast. The food was good and may even be better the next day. The only reason they are getting four stars is because it’s just not the BEST pizza, but it’s more of a personal choice in what kind of pizza you are drawn to and competes by. I don’t think papa Johns could have done anything to approve. I just don’t foresee figs and jams and apples and prosciutto on the pizzas and those are the kind that warrant to top rating.

My co- worker and I placed order for delivery. Ordered medium and small pizza, and 2 8 piece BBQ Wings… We got chicken nuggets instead, drizzled with BBQ sauce. They said 45 minutes delivery time. Took 1hr 1/2. Disappointed..

Ordered a pan pizza for the first time, it was burned all around the crust edges and underneath. Staff stayed that’s how the pan pizza are. Complained to “manager” present, who stated the same. Said, ” I eat them like that all the time”. That’s how the pan pizza comes out. The pizza was black around the edges. Other customers stated they would not eat it, it was clearly burned. I requested a replacement, but in hand tossed. The manager stated it had to be the same item, I responded, why would I want a burned pan pizza if you’re insisting that all pan pizzas cook that way. I requested a refund. I informed the “manager: that was not part of the Papa John’s satisfaction guarantee. This was poor customer service, I hope other customers are not being bullied in to accepting poor quality food.

First of all, I got sick from the alfrefo spinach pizza I ordered! I’ve been sick for 2 days constant diarrhea! I do not believe they properly washed or cleaned the spinach or cooked properly! Also inside it was so hot I had to go back into my car and wait for the pizza to be cooked. How uncomfortable for the customers to have to sit in that heat and eat and most unbearable for the employees to have to work in it!
