We ordered from this Papa John’s on a Friday night for dinner. Out of 4 items we ordered, 3 of them had problems.
1 – Stuffed Crust Pizza had a big piece of plastic in it (pictured) and was not fully cooked
2 – The Oreo Papa Bites weren’t cooked through (pictured, raw dough in the middle)
3 – We ordered boneless wings with no sauce and instead received sauced bone in wings
I submitted a form via customer service but there was no place to upload the pictures.
Disappointing experience

WARNING ⚠️ I got food poisoning because the pizza was so undercooked despite trying to microwave it. I returned a couple days later with the partially eaten pizza to ask for a refund. All they can do is replace it? I used to manage a restaurant and I’m sorry but I’m not going to accept food from a place made me sick. This place is dirty. I almost didn’t even pay for my pizza and canceled my order when I showed up there. I regret it. The manager on duty who’s also incredibly rude.

Their pizzas are worthy for the price. Always tastes good. I called in advance to pick up quickly. And when I got there, it was ready. But the lady was almost forgot to give me the drinks. But I remembered. I took a menu picture only but she said I am not allowed. I needed the menu, though. And she was a little angry and told me to look up the website. Smart lady. Sorry for the picture.

I ordered the ultra stuffed crust and my pizza was heavily undercooked, the slices literally just flopped over and the dough was clearly still raw in some parts. Utterly disappointing I had high hopes and really hope I don’t get sick from the two slices I could bare to eat.

I will never eat at another Papa John’s ever again. I have spent thousands of dollars at Papa John’s for catering, but a few weeks ago, I received food and service that turned me off forever.
My wife and I ordered food for just us. We received a dessert that was way undercooked. We didn’t realize it at first because it was new to us and we thought it was a sauce making the cooked bread gooey. After we ate a couple bites, we realized it wasn’t sauce and was raw dough.
When we called to see if there was yeast in the dough the guy confirmed there was, so I asked what they wanted to do. He told me they would remake the dessert. I said I don’t care about that, what about the raw dough my wife consumed? The guy on the phone said “what do you want me to do go in your wife’s stomach and remove it?” I hung up on him. I called later and talked to a manager, who said she would call us back, and never did.
I contacted corporate a couple times and was told the store has to deal with it. I don’t have the time to deal with it, I’ll just go to anyone else from now on, no matter the price.

Ordered my pizza at 8PM, I called 3 different times checking on where my pizza was and they kept saying it would be there in 7 minutes. At 10PM I still never received my pizza. I asked for a refund they say they don’t do refunds. I just wanted a pizza after working a 10 hour shift at a hospital. This Papa John’s is absolute garbage please do yourself a favor and do not order pizza from here.
