This is the best Papa John’s in my opinion. The food is always good and they have the best staff! I had a small issue with sauces last weekend; not a big deal, stuff happens, but my delivery guy; Ismael Rodriguez, was awesome! He txt me when he was on his way, offered to redeliver, (of course I said no thank you) then made his manager aware of the issue. The manager called me to apologize and offered free pizza. I wish I had remembered his name. Today we placed another order. Lexi immediately saw the note and took care of us. She was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location! Thank you Canyon Hills team!

They counted this as one of my 8th chicken wing…………………… I thought I was only given 7, until I saw this tiny thing hiding on the bottom. All the wings are pretty small as it is but I swear I just ate part of a really little baby chicken wing.
Also they said the order was done on app and it wasn’t. My husband and son stood in there for about 5-10 minutes.
At least the wings tasted delicious. My husband and son got a pizza together and I had to steal a slice because I definitely was not full off of just the 8 wings alone. 6 adult size wings normally fill me up. So I thought 8 would be fine. I could have ate 12 of those babies.

I love papa Johns! My daughter is obsessed with the stuff crust .. when we want pizza this is are go to spot . I wish I can keep giving you guys 5 starts but the last order and this that I just received have been really disappointing. My wings don’t even have Buffalo sauce ! Their only drizzled on, and the pizza is supper thing from the center that when I pick it up everything falls off of it .( my daughter attached everything that fell lol ) Same issue with the last order . Step up your game canyon hills!

Repeated problems getting my order delivered correctly and multiple trips to the store to have them fix it, only to get told that I’m wrong before they finally replaced it. As of 12/28/24, ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza and AGAIN they sent a regular pepperoni pizza. This store can’t get it right for whatever reason and I’m pretty fed up at this point.

Stopped going to Papa John’s because the one I used to live by sucked! Moved here a few months back and had Papa John’s from the one on Railroad Canyon at a neighbor’s, so decided to try again. It’s Sunday and opening of the 2024/2025 football season, I ordered on the app. The pizza was ready for pick up in under 20min. It was good, fresh, and the dudes working were super cool. Sucks working on a Sunday but these fellas weren’t messing around. Gonna be ordering again! Great Job Papa John’s on Railroad Canyon.

The night worker was awesome. The reason for the 4 star was the process to even order the pizza it took 3 times of calling and every time was a different price. They could not even get the price straight at their end. Of course it wasn’t the actual store it was their call center. That’s proof that the new way pizza places process the orders does not work. Quit being so cheap, hire the employees they need to have great customer service .

I used to work at a Papa John’s when i was a teen, and i know how it works there, so when i get a confirmation for my large order that i just placed will be ready in 5 mins not even 1 minute after placing it, i drove 10 mins just to get to the store out of curiosity that maybe my order might be ready, i end up waiting over 40 minutes for it to finally be ready. As i was waiting i see the employee with tattoos on his face telling the other employees to “knock it all off” not even seconds after the orders were on there, this means all customers are gonna see their orders ready way before they actually are. This is so unprofessional and quite disgusting as a store to do, goes to show how much “quality” they put into their effort and food, will never be going here again as they care more about corporate timing on orders rather than the customers themselves

Best Customer Service I have had in a long time.
I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine’s Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn’t find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins later my order was ready to take out.
Not only did they try to help, they also recognized the issue, owned an honest mistake or system failure, offered a quick solution, gave me a huge discount but also made sure I walked out as a customer happy with freshly made 3 pizzas and 2 sides. You saved and made my day! Thank you!
