I ordered two pizzas one with pepperoni and the other one with 5 different toppings, well I got the pizzas but it seems like they out of toppings because my pizza had very, very few of each topping and I got the pictures to prove it. Never again I will order pizza from this stingy place!!

Papa John’s pizza is good for you to have more customizable pizzas and other stuff, wait time is like 20 minutes average as I know. The delivery service is good, it doesn’t matter how long the delivery takes to get to your house because you could chillax on your house and wait. The pizzas tastes good and I recommend getting the cheesy crust on your pizza if your more than hungry.

What kind of pizza place, in 2025 neglects to tape the box closed when the order is via a third party delivery app (I.e. uber eats, Postmates, etc). You have no idea who the driver is, and there is no evidence of any attempts were made to secure the box. Sorely disappointing.

Pizza is always done correctly and normally order with garlic knots to pair it up but unfortunately today they miss the spot got the knots but no garlic on them 🙁

STAY AWAY! If I could give this place 0 starts I would! A few months ago my sister and I ordered two pizzas , now the pizzas had seals on them. First pizza fine, greasy, a little undercooked, second pizza A COCKROACH POPPED OUT OF THE BOX!!! couldn’t catch it and ran under our fridge . Never ever in our 7 years in our apartment have we EVER had cockroaches. We bought traps the next day to hopefully kill it. NOPE. Now we have an infestation. We’ve reached out to Papa John’s and they admitted no fault. Either their kitchen is dirty or their drivers car! I have photos of the countless dead roaches in our apartment now and the eggs it laid. For some reason the Google review won’t let me post photos. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES AS A TOPPING WITH YOUR PIZZA.

Today was a overwhelming day ordered pizza I been trying since 4 pm I tried online and over the phone and three times I had my orders cancelled. Overall the manger was amazing and helping me find a solution. To changing my order. Stacy is such a great manager an asset to Papa John’s. She’s great at calming the situation down and figuring out a solution I’m telling you I’ve had experiences. Where is the managers? Just don’t care and she went over and beyond especially on a day that’s very overwhelming.
