I’m giving 2 stars only because the young lady who gave me my receipt was very polite and she greeted me when I walked in. As for my order, I was very confused when I made it home and opened the box. I was super excited to try the new COOL RANCH PAPADIA. So, either my order was made totally wrong or the pictures and commercials are false advertising. This Papa John’s is my go to for pizza. They have great prices($12.99) for a large 1 topping. Different types of sauces, friendly staff and quick service. I always order on the app and it allows me to track the order which is nice. I would recommend this spot.

They charged us $33 for our two medium pizzas, which was ridiculous but the lady at the register applied their one-topping discount which cut the price in half. All of the menu prices are blacked out so you can’t see anything you’re purchasing. 4 stars for the helpful price update but docked one for the confusing process to get there.

Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 orders of wings. We got there and they said it didn’t get made so it would be 15 minutes. Then they said we already picked it up. Then they said the door dash driver took it by accident so they would make our order again. 40 minutes later we got our food and left… Won’t be going back.
