So I ordered for delivery at 1:44 pm and was waiting for it I called at 2:57pm to follow up and spoke to Madison. Asked her about my order but she hanged up on me. I called back and she gave me an excuse that “we got cut off” when obviously she said “ok bye” and hanged up. It seems like u don’t like what you’re doing. There’s a lot of people who want your job. Always be nice.

Papa John’s is our go-to pizza place. In the rancher we’re in our area I believe we have all major chains of pizza. The location is carry out only. The caveat is there are Starbucks tables in front of the location that you can sit at and eat pizza outside. For convenience we usually order online and then just pick up at the store.

We get a large pizza here every couple months as a change of pace. I ordered online this time and liked the fact that I could specify extra sauce, how long the pizza was cooked, and extra cheese. The pizza was ready 20 minutes later and I left the house to go get it when they notified me it had gone into the oven. Great status updates. I got there as the pie was being placed in the box.

I’ve tried to give this location my business multiple times due to their proximity to my home, however, they are unable to validate promo codes sent to me in their physical mailers. I have tried repeatedly, both via their (outsourced) call center and with the location directly, to order a single large pepperoni pizza. They CANNOT execute this simple order using the promo code I received in the mail. I will take my business to their local competitors (who are priced more competitively anyway) going forward.
