Never ordering delivery. Requested to be handed to me and the driver Jennifer beside being late she left my food on the door step and didn’t hand it to me. No knock or nothing and I texted her no response back. Then go to open the pizzas and find them all smushed side ways like no care for customer service. Hope you don’t get a messed up order Jennifer.

We came and ordered pizza a little late last night and their crew named ‘Memo’ was very kind and helpful because it was our first time to eat Pizza from Papa Johns. The pizza which he made was so delicious and we super love it with the Epic Crust.

I haven’t had PJ in a while so we decided to order a couple pizzas tonight. I honestly can’t believe this place is still open! Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had in my life! I’m not sure what has happened to this brand but if they do not change what is going on there then I see no future for PJ!?

Update 2/21: To get the deal, click on the special tab on Papa Johns website. You get a large two toppings for $9.99. If you use TMobile Tuesday App for 25% off with code TMT25, you can get it for $7.49. I guess you really got to read the fine print and navigate around.

Papa Johns and T-Mobile team up to mislead consumers on their deals. The T-Mobile Tuesday app mislead me into thinking I received a free large 1 topping pizza, but it was a gimmick. Because they have it under “My Stuff” doesn’t mean you get to redeem it.
The other deal they have is to get 25% off of your order online for carryout only. While I was at the store, I check the online price for a large one topping pizza. It was $18.95. With 25% off, this leaves a one topping large pizza for about $14.
Well, the deal at the store is 2 large 2 toppings pizza for only $22. That would price a large two toppings pizza for only $11. Now, (1) why would anyone go online to order if the price is substantially higher, and (2) what’s the purpose of using a coupon from T-Mobile when it is cheaper to go the store and order.
This Papa Johns location is clean and the staffs are friendly, this is not a reflection of them. However, I will no longer go to Papa Johns and Uninstall the T-Mobile Tuesday App immediately. All of the deals on T-Mobile Tuesday have a gimmick, do not use it.

The person who answered was very rude and short. Then when I asked a question they said I will connect you to manager then once manager got on phone he was very rude and talked to me as if I was dumb. When all I was trying to do was ask about a form of payment.

The email said it would be an 18 minute wait for pickup, it turned out to be more like 45. They then proceeded to give me the wrong order and when I got the correct order my pizza looked absolutely mangled. I’m not giving a one star because it still tastes alright.

The only bad thing about buying at Papa Johns is, NO PRICES!!! The menu looks good, but I have no idea what can I afford!! I’m a single father and I need to be smart with my spending. Today I wanted to treat my sons with a delicious pizza from Papa Johns , and for one Large spicy BBQ chicken with stuffed crust came out to $25 . When across the street at Costco one Large pizza is $10. This is only my opinion and I’m not saying don’t shop there, I’m only saying it would be nice to see the menu with prices so I can buy what I can actually afford. God bless you all.

Ordered food on Halloween at 628pm. App stated food would be delivered at 750-8pm. At 834 I was told it would take another 40minutes to get to us but the 4 pizzas were ready just no drivers. I said ok we can cancel it. I literally called back 2 minutes later and asked if we can come pick it up and have the delivery fee removed, the guy told me it’s to late they can’t ring it back in. We waited 2 hours for food and then told we had to wait another 40 minutes. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! THERE IS ZERO REASON WHY IT takes 3 hours to get pizza. If that’s the case the app tracker should update. We have kids and it’s a school night. Very disappointed!!!
