We tried Papa John’s for the first time in a few years and instantly regretted it upon its arrival.
This was a $40 meal after delivery from this location.
Take a look at the pizzas in the pictures and you can decide for yourself on the quality.

I haven’t tried Papa John’s Pizza in years. A friend mentioned it in passing, so when I had the opportunity, I went ahead and purchased a voucher for a discounted pizza. I really don’t have much to say other than, ordering online, as required, isn’t the easiest thing. The pizza was lacking in quantity, (of ingredients), considering it was a Specialty Pizza. Sadly enough, the flavor that stood out was the green pepper. Where’s the meats? I do have to say that the gentleman who helped me did the best he could with what he had. I have to thank him for that.
The place is for Carryout and Delivery only so no frills here. I did notice, on the pictures I took of the menu, that there are no prices for the pizzas nor the drinks they offer… What’s that about?

Absolutely disappointed. I love papa Johns.. perfect match of affordable and flavorful. Until TODAY!! There was not bottom of the pizza.. the Doug was pulled so far it was nonexistent.. pictures speak for themselves.. I will be calling the store once I make dinner to go with watever it is we just got delivered.. ♀️

I can’t eat at Papa John’s Pizza. The first and maybe even the second time u eat there you blame it on yourself, but when you get sick every time u eat there, more then 7 or 8, then most of that blame belongs to them.

I have bought Papa Johns every Wednesday for my kids for 2 years now. Delivered by this same location. The quality of the pizza has been getting worse for several months. I’ve complained to management but keep getting product like the one received today. I took photos. The last pic is of the pizza in the trash where it belongs. After being a customer for many years, I’m over it. This is just gross.

Staff was super nice. First we called in to get the specials and ordered 2 large 5 toppings for $23. Got it in 15min carry out. The pizza was excellent!

Great customer service, the young man who checked me out was nice and professional. My only concern was that’s it’s extremely hot, I was uncomfortable just standing there. Management please turn on the A/C for those kids.

Bought 2 pizzas and bread sticks from here, the Pizzas and bread sticks are really bland, not even the marinara sauce or garlic sauce could save the meal. Pricing also isn’t very reasonable. I’ve been going to the double or nothing on Vineyard for 10 years and decided to try out Papa John’s for the first time, big mistake.

Simple issue that couldn’t be resolved. Ordered a 2 liter. It wasn’t delivered. Called the store spoke to Manager on Duty and was only offered a store credit for the future. Asked for a simple refund since the product and service was not provided and told they could not assist. Told I wanted a delivery of the product I paid for and was told they couldn’t because it’s outsourced through door dash and their fault. UNACEPPTABLE! What has happened to resolving an issue with a resolution and providing basic customer service? Writing this review ONLY on the principal and not that I care about the $3.

Ordered a pizza on Christmas Day . Was said to be delivered in my garage …nobody ever found it . They said they would credit the pizza and never did . The store manager on nights lied about adding a credit and the call center was useless to help with the situation as well. Do not order from this location
