Have stopped using PH pizza and 100% Papa John’s. When we are in town, this location is our go to for pizza. Honestly, there have been some inconsistency in quality of pizzas made here over the years. (Like most pizza shops due to fast turnover of employees) Unfortunately, we were disappointed in our previous purchase and notified the manager(?). Well, we had a do-over plus ordered a 2nd one, a couple of nights ago, and let me tell you folks. It was actually one of the best pizzas we have every had! Yes, they do make do-overs better obviously and would be great if the pizzas were made the same every time.
But, it was not just the fact the pizza was absolutely great. It was the attention and positive attitude. “We are sorry, we will get this right up for you,” when leaving, “is there anything else you need?”
So anyone can make a meal, it’s the positive attitude that makes this better too.
Will we have future issues, I would like to hope not? But if employees pay more attention to how they do their jobs with pride, it goes a long way! Thank you for years of mostly good pizzas with some great ones too!(beside do-over)

Second time this has happened the last few months. Received pizza that wasn’t cut or cooked. The dough was clearly raw, unable to eat out of the box. Having to cook in my air fryer to make it edible.

I ordered carry out last night. There was a special on the large pizzas for carry out. I did add stuffed crust on both and maybe some extra toppings. The pizzas were absolutely delicious perfectly cooked. I ordered well done on one of them and it was perfectly done. I never have had their stuff crust before everyone at my house agreed that it was the best they ever had. The two Guys at the restaurant that were working were very friendly and had great customer service and fast service. Just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work. I’ll see you guys soon.

Its not always when things go perfectly that matters…
We paid for a double toppings pizza. Rather expensive but they do it so well here. Due to some human err, we didn’t receive the extra paid for toppings. Made a call and they took care of us immediately. So very kind and incredibly giving. We love this team and have for years. Today was Superior in Customer Service! Above and Beyond!!
So glad they are in our neighborhood!! They do so much better than most overpriced pizza restaurants near us.

Very fast and friendly service. Our pizzas were done faster than expected. Look for coupons before you order. We found a great coupon on the Papa John’s website that saved us $20 on two pizzas. This is a take-out or delivery location only.

I met the new owner Andy and Tony the manager helped me out with my order. They were both very kind and professional! I ordered over the phone about 15 minutes prior to arrival and it was ready right when I walked in! It was so good and the crust had the perfect crunch to it!

The staff here are always so incredibly friendly! Really makes a difference.
The pizza is pretty darn good, too. I tried the Italian today and it was amazing. Their thin crust is delicious, too – not as crispy as a cracker, unlike some other places.
If you shop their deals, using either their app, paper coupons, or even UberEats, it’s well worth the price.

All great pizza places I know were closed for Christmas holiday, but these guys made sure people had their favourite food on their table and stayed opened. Not only that, they provided a great service, very polite, respectful, great communication. Kudos to this place!!!
