I Love Papa John’s pizza, their customer service not so much. In the summer time inside of their store seems hotter than outside. I was sweating bullets.
Ordered online and was given the time to pick up. I arrived 5 minutes later than the stated time and yet pizza was not ready. Was quoted another 5-10 minutes. Not nice.

This place is horrible
the lady named Gabriela is horrible person and she is rude and disrespectful
I came in for a uber eats order and the other lady told me that it was gonna take 15 to 20 minutes and I said ok then lady named Gabriela told me foe your other order it’s gonna take 25 to 30 minutes and I said ok and then Gabriela told me that I’m not porarity and I said ok I didn’t say nothing then she said I’m not gonna give your order for Uber first just because your work for the company and I said ok why you telling me this and she said we make the pizzas on how they come out in the orders and I said ok then I said ima report you to Uber as you are rude and disrespectful and you shouldn’t have told me that and it’s not ok
and they have 2 workers only for so Many orders and now I got a 3rd order for Uber eats and they told me.its gonna take another 30 minutes and I said ok
so I have to wait 1hr plus to get my Uber Eats order
not acceptable at all
this Lady Gabriela should be fired and Papa John’s if your reading this you need more workers at this location

Very Rude Lady working here! She shouldn’t be working here treating people the way she does! Makes you feel bad even trying to eat here! If this place has costumers it would have more of this lady wasn’t working here ! Don’t even know her name but if you go here your know who I’m talking about! She needs to work at the DMV or somewhere else for real! Unprofessional in any aspect! Last time I purchase pizza here because they also tell you it will be ready at a time it is not true! Have all the family waiting to eat until an hour after you order! It’s a No for this place for me!

Ordered at 6:30 got pizza at 7:40 and pizza was not even warm at this point. Ordered the xl new York and was very disappointed. 10 min update pizza was burned and cold,tasted like it was in the fridge for 2 days

placed my order at 11:40, I called on the phone they told me around 15-20 min. I walked in and still had to wait another 15 minutes. it’s super hot inside this place feels like a oven when you walk in. overall if you wanna have you’re time wasted come here you’ll have to wait and take out more time out of you’re lunch or whatever you’re doing.

They wanted Me To Pay first and tip the Driver. The Driver did Not Come to My Door and Made Me Go all the way to the Street Even after being told to deliver to the Door. The Manager said there is some policy I did Not See and Was Made Up…. Verry Poor Service. I could gone to BP Pizza CO if I wanted to pick up My Pizza. I give A Minus -5 Stars But it won’t let me post till I give 1 star or better =/

I ordered pizza because I was draining the water from my pasta and I spilled it all in the sink in the sink.
Normally I wouldn’t even care. I would just rinse the pasta. This time was different because I slow cooked it with veggies already mixed into it.
Already having a terrible day where no amount of “quality flowers” has been able to cheered me up.
I just shook my head and ordered some pizza from Papa John’s Pizza.
The order taker on the phone at Papa John’s asked me if there were any specific instructions as always.
I said, “please call me when you arrive I’m deaf, hard of hearing Please don’t ring the door bell or knock on the door. I do not want to disturb my roommates.”
As simple as that, I tipped $5 in advance intention to pay for the pizza with cash.
Guess what the delivery driver did?
Rings the door bell AND knocks on the door.
I didn’t hear it.
This woke up my 3 roommates inside of the house- I got yelled at and the pizza was cold.
What a life.

So I ordered a pizza from this location yesterday mind you I’ve ordered from here before and never had any issues but yesterday was a whole different story. I placed my order at 3:32pm and when I received my confirmation it said it would be between 30 to 36min for delivery which also showed between 4:00 to 4:06pm delivery time. I was like ok cool. So it was 4:00pm and I called to check up on my order and I was told it was just coming out of the oven and would be there within 15min I’m ok thank you. It was now 4:35pm and still no pizza so I waited a little longer before I called in again cause at this point I was just going to cancel my order and get a refund and order something else. Well 4:45pm and still nothing so I called in and asked where my order was and that if it wasn’t ready I just wanted it cancelled and for them to refund me they said oh yeah your order is on its way the delivery driver just left with it I was like finally well it was 5:15pm and still nothing so as I was going to call back to tell to just cancel it the delivery driver showed up. So I asked him are you guys really busy today he was like eh so so then he left I should have checked my pizza while he was there cause not only was it cold but they also got one of my pizzas wrong so I called in and asked to speak with a manager cause I had a complaint about my order being wrong and cold and they said sure hold on and then we as hung up on. I don’t know what was going on there yesterday but I will not be ordering from Papa John’s anymore. Service was horrible, The Pizza was cold, and to make things worse my chicken wings half cooked. Thank you for not caring about the customer Papa John’s. What a shame was my favorite pizza up until yesterday.
