Thank you to the employees working on new years day, and not only working–but working it! Sending lovely…delicious, Hott and fresh pies done to perfection is honestly a dying art. I appreciate you and If you’re able to knock out the basics (i.e. large cheese pizza) with ease (the order was so quick I felt late getting outside ha), I look forward to the pizza possibilities & inspiration to come!
The crust was on point with just the right amount of oven golden crisp while remaining soft and chewy–the ratio of sauce to cheese…perfect; then toss in the dough (pun intended) and it clear these guys have it down to a science.
I was slightly hesitant to order pizza of all things on new years day, but I can say I made at least one good decision in 2025 ha!
Papa John’s, thank you and I’ll most certainly be comin’ back to get me some.

Please get it together with the service at this location. It’s crazy that the lack of just basic care and lack of awareness is here. This location must be union or just really need on people cause first, the way this location cheats the system into thinking your order is ready when it is not. Two, just the attitude and non care for your paying customers. How can one think this type of service is okay? We get it it’s busy and Friday night, but these things can be prevented

Just got my Pizza today at 10:50 PM and my mom taste it and she said it wasn’t finished and this happened before and they make you pay $20 or more this. I don’t know what happen to Papa Johns the Pizza that they make are unfinish I will take my service else where. TWO TIMES that the Pizza are unfinish management has to do something about this! Sad to say I ordered a pizza was told my pizza will arrive within 45 minutes I called in when it was 40 minutes I was told to delivery doordash guy left with the pizza 10 minutes ago by then my family and kids are still starving I’ll call back in a second time it’s been an hour now I was transferred once I get transferred the guy picks up the phone I inquire about the pizza explain everything to him they said the pizza was dropped off I’m confused where was the pizza dropped off because I’m paying cash never paid with a debit or credit card over the phone so where was the pizza dropped off couldn’t tell me anything else can explain anything but just say sorry I would have to take this up with the manager because I’m now still starving me and my family no one could explain where did the pizza go it never came to me

Walked in young kids radio blaring witch is all normal for a pizza joint, especially being later and on a sun, they where jokingly talking about who had to do the dishes anyways I ordered my $22 Pizza so then asked if it was ok to sit down and eat my dinner which would still be warm not a problem the young kid was whatever. Waiting for my food I go outside take a couple puffs. See a Chinese couple in their big black SUV Mercedes kind of looking at me so put it out went back in sat down. Chinese woman comes in shortly after her husband comes in next thing you know I’m being accused of smoking inside I’m like excuse me I did what, kept saying you can’t smoke in here got to go. Really enjoyed that cold pizza walking in the 25mph winds. Redickulous when I said what are you talking about he just kept being a parrot, repeat, so congrats if that was the owners well you lost a customer and I have a big mouth other then social media, and you definitely have lost my business. And I know quite a few people that use to use your location, I’ll just ask them to do a favor and order from other papa johns 22 bucks I would have enjoyed a warm slice. And then to be called a lier to your face from pretty much a child, don’t sit well, and to that Chinese couple, congratulations, was it worth it? Just cost you hundreds maybe a lot more.

This particular Papa John’s is a small space in the Albertson shopping plaza on Willow St. They do deliver and maintain quite a business. They are clean. They have one little table to either wait for your order at or eat. They accept EBT, and for the location is a big plus. People who work there go out of their way to be helpful, although one might get the impression that they can get overworked and tired. I’ve had good experiences with staff and the food, to me, although not really traditionally Italian, is always good and served at the proper temperature.
