I have been coming to this Papa John’s for more than six years. I live right around the corner. I don’t eat much here anymore but I had a DoorDash pick up order last night on Thanksgiving around 9 PM. It was my second pick up from this Papa John’s. The first one with great, in and out. The second pick up another gentleman with glasses, shaved beard and a buzzed black hair (skinny guy) ; gave me a really hard time. I’m not sure what this guy‘s issue was but he was taking forever to hand me the order. It made me late for pick up. He asked me show him my phone with the order THREE times. He was acting like I was trying to steal it or something. He took the box back out of my hands to read out the instructions on the box. After that I was completely dumbfounded. He said and I quote “this is a no contact delivery” and started trying to explain what that meant to me. I cut him off and walked out. I’m not sure if he was on drugs or something. There were people behind me. It was unbelievable. I’m not ordering Papa John’s from this location or competing any more pick up orders as long as this guy works here. He is THAT insufferably annoying.

Every time I come here and place an order for pick up pizza always hot and ready to go fresh!! the store is nice and cool clean environment cool people the vibe is great. I am so happy with my order today that I did for my daughter’s pizza party at school today. Everything came out delicious. Tom and Chad went on beyond to make it happen for me today!! They’re the best I recommend this place to everybody.

Last two week when I ordered two pizzas and supported i have free pizza but never got it and they said they dont see it. So i believed no complaint. But today( 07/05/2024) i ordered two large pizza and i upgraded to xtra large for two pizza and i have $3.00 dollars morefor each pizza but when i pick up they only made one xtra large, I don’t have time to wait or question it. But i am not going back this place anymore they cheated.

This is the first time I have ordered from Papa John’s and I was not disappointed. I didn’t have to wait for long time for my delivery, and you definitely get so much food while the prices stay budget friendly. I also loved how they brought us paper plates and napkins You have made our family into a loyal customer!

Horrible! This isn’t the first time this has happend. I order from app and it tells me 35 to 45 minutes ETA. This last time 1 1/2 hours pass by and I call. The unprofessional kid says he has no drivers available. He said I am next though. 2 hours and 15 minutes the pizza gets delivered and everything was cold. And I mean cold not just cooled off a little. Last time ill every order from this place.
