I do regret 100% going to this location tonight, 12/27/2025. I ordered New York style crust, I got original crust. I ordered extra pepperoni, there was hardly any pepperoni at all. I ordered bacon, I didn’t see bacon at all. The pizza was warmed, but it wasn’t fully baked. Every bite that I took felt like eating a cheese and tomato sauce pizza.
We ate half because I didn’t want to go back to waste my time, I threw the other half away. Plus they gave me a pepper that belongs in the trash can. It seems to me like a useless employee, who hates his/her job, made my pizza just because he/she didn’t have any other options.
Piece of garbage, very horrible experience; I will never come back. I thought that Domino’s was bad, but now I realize that Papa Jones is way worse. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Don’t order pizza from this location, unless you want to waste your time and money.

A rated. Never had a problem picking up my pizza. Best deals on online. One way in one way out right turn only. But the parking lot of Stater Brothers is easier to go which ever way you need to go. Just go early buy a soda from stater Brothers and then pick up your pizza. They do not share parking lot space.

I ordered online to be delivered to my house. I ordered two pizzas, pepperoni with Italian sausage and another with Canadian bacon plus wings and the chocolate chip cookie. What I got was 2 cheese pizzas with one ingredient on every slice. $86 for this. I called and whoever answered said they would send me another couple of pizzas but I decided to cancel and get my money back. I have always gone to that branch and today was pretty disappointing.

Usually the service is good, and the food is good. There are times when the service is just ok, and tines when quality control is absent. The parking lot is small, but there’s room at the market next door.

Man what can I say. This is best papa John’s I’ve ever been to. The manager Mike is what every manager in the food service should be. Attentive, respectful, and overall helpful. The pizza is great here and even more the service. Thanks a lot Mike I’m coming back for sure

The guy barely gave us any toppings at all, my pizza is basically bare and he said he weighs out the toppings when there’s literally NONE AT ALL. I usually order from Papa John’s on Paramount and they’re 10000000x better, consistent, less stingy, and provide better service. Asked for my pizza to be remade and they said they’d have to charge for a new pizza. Never coming back here ever again.

I just came in today to place a carry out order. The man making pizza didn’t wash his hands before asking what can I get for you. Then he says I’m not taking any new orders right now. I have to wait for 30-45 minutes. So I walked out. Very poor customer service.

Had a great experience at this spot. I showed up at about 3pm today and one lady was running the entire store. Although she was hustling at making orders her customer service shined through. She greeted us and grabbed our order with a positive attitude and a friendly manner. I wished I could have gotten her name. Our order came out perfect. Thank you and keep up the amazing customer service!
