This review is based off my personal experience with the ownership of this location. Over a month ago I placed an order through the app, but then immediately attempted to cancel it (the delivery window was too late) and Papa John’s has a 10 minute cancellation window. There store was busy and I attempted to call four times back to back with no answer. I called the national line and was told they’ll submit a note to the owners for a cancellation/refund and that if the pizzas still arrive to do whatever with them (we had already picked up pizzas from somewhere else) – we ended up donating the pizzas. I never received a refund and when I followed up ownership said they would not refund me because their management had told them that I was “called before 5pm to confirm the order and expressed my willingness to receive it.” To which I gladly sent over my phone log for that day to confirm that the Papa John’s store never reached out to me. I never heard back from them. I went through the national customer service and learned that only the franchise owner can issue refunds. They attempted to talk to the store on my behalf and the manager said that the owners had made up their mind that they wouldn’t issue a refund. Horrible experience, policy, and business practice. They’ve lost a customer for life over refusing to refund $100 when they were proven wrong and shown receipts of attempts to cancel the order and that no one ever called me to confirm the order. Very disappointing.

I just ordered a pizza from your store for pick up at 10:20pm. Upon arrival no one was in sight. I almost thought the store was closed or everyone quit. But, this lonely wonderful last steps out of nowhere. I ask her if she is by herself and she replies with a sad yes. I could only shake my head because I felt for her.
To have only one person, prepping, cooking, taking orders, etc all by herself is inexcusable. This definitely needs to change and should never happen at any establishment. This is poor customer service. Hopefully, management makes changes ASAP.

I spent $30 on two pizzas and the pepperoni stuffed crust was greasy as hell the meat lovers thin crust tastes funny made me and the kids sick we had stomach aches all night and throwing up and I know it’s the pizza because I just ate another piece and my stomach hurts and I feel like throwing up what a waste of my money I’m very disappointed Papa John’s used to be really good now it’s just nasty I should have listened to my niece when she said not to get Papa John’s cuz she didn’t like it but because I kept seeing the advertisement for the cheesy stuffed crust pizza made me want it and it used to be good
