Placed an online order pick up. My pizza was cold nor was my order complete. Seems I have to go out of the ” hood” to get decent Papa John’s Pizza. This is horrible. Ordered 2 additional garlic dipping sauce didn’t receive it but was charged for 2 extras. If I could give a half star that’s what I would have done. I need a refund. Have to put the pizza in the oven to warm it up. Was in their parking lot waiting for the pizza. I drove 2 blocks no reason for my pizza to be cold.
