This is my third time ordering pizza here, it’s also my last. I normally love papa John’s pizza. When it’s made right. But the pizzas here seem like they are being made by employees that absolutely hate their job. My pizza had so much excessive cheese, sauce and the toppings weren’t even spread around! All the jalapeños look like they just took a giant handful and slapped them right dead center in the middle of the pizza. Because of the excessive toppings and unevenness of it all, the dough didn’t fully cook in some spots. If you like papa John’s and you want to enjoy it. Stay far away from this location.

Second time ordering from this location within a year… my pizza was not fully cooked and service was horrible. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time Pizza Hut Little Caesars Marco’s Pizza in the area do not eat from this. Papa John’s. We were very disappointed in the quality of the pizza and the service at the restaurant… There was also a homeless looking guy near the cooking station talking to the person in the restaurant. We were very turned off. They need to understand that it’s very unprofessional, and I also took pictures of him with his hair all over the place house-slippers shoes on wearing dirty sweatpants and a dirty sweatshirt.

Lets just say all the the reviews are accurate. Just moved here and will never order from here again. Pizza was freezing cold and came about 30 min later than expected. The toppings were just thrown on there. It looked like the cheese was never even melted. My pepperoni pizza had barely any pepperoni and some slices didnt even have cheese! You can tell theyre very careless! Called to tell them and they kept answering then putting it on hold without even asking me to hold. Happened for about 30 min then I never called back. I was annoyed that I used 10.00 of my rewards as well. As you can see they dont even respond to your reviews. Huge disappointment!

I order 2 pizzas 2 orders of wings and an order of garlic bread my total came to $78.35 I placed the order for delivery around 8:35pm and didn’t receive my order till 10:00 by the time I received my order the pizzas where cold the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza was wrong I ordered a lager pizza with Alfredo sauce and it came with marinara sauce almost 80 dollars for the order to be cold and wrong! I called they told me they didn’t have a driver and someone from door dash was going to be delivering my order we had waited about 1:30 to have to return the pizza and have then remake it so we just kept it! Guess I won’t be ordering from here again this is just wrong!

Hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve used. I worked for PJ for ten years in Kansas City, Illinois, and Nevada. I worked side-by-side with Frank Carney many times on the line. I know pizza and I know this place is the most poorly managed and run Papa John’s. The last half dozen times I’ve ordered from them there has ALWAYS been something wrong with my order. I call to inform them and waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The one time I did get ahold of the manager, he told me that I had called in to complain before and that I should take my business elsewhere then. The last time I ordered, after waiting for 2 hours, I pulled the app up to see where the pizza was knowing I wouldn’t get through on the phone, and it said it had been delivered almost an hour prior, i opened my door and my order was just sitting there. No one knocked, rang the bell, or in anyway let me know it was there. Just dropped it and left. So I had a cold, stale, ground pizza that I had the privilege of paying $30+ for. It upsets me because Papa John’s is the only pizza I like to order for delivery, but I don’t feel like I am able because of the past experiences with this PJ and how I’ve been treated. There are many other local pizza joints, may save yourself some time, money, and anxiety and call them instead. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Ordered pizza for delivery. Delivery time stated 5:22 (45 min out from order time). My order got here 20 min later at 5:40pm and it was cold. Papa John’s uses Door Dash as their delivery which is terrible. I tracked my order as the papa John’s is about 8-10 min drive from my location but this driver went a complete opposite way, I’m assuming to deliver other food. Aside from my order being late I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered the “New York style crust pizza with pepperoni and bacon” and all i got was a cheese pizza with no pepperoni.

Saw the ad for the new cuppy roni pizza and it looked fantastic. That’s what I get for believing the ad.
Pizza was delivered in a reasonable time and it was still warm.
Then I opened the box and disappointment hit hard. Where’s the pepperoni???

I filled out the survey and asked to be contacted. I even got an email asking if I was satisfied with the response when I was contacted. I marked that I was never contacted and all I’ve heard since are the ads to see if they can entice me to waste more money.

I came to this location on Labor Day. When I arrived, they had forgotten to put my order in. That is not a big deal because mistakes happen, but when I asked a simple question and they acted like it was my fault, that is where I have a problem. It was clear they were just too busy and did not want my business.
As a business owner myself, I would be wondering how much money and how many customers I am losing with service like that. I canceled my order and went somewhere else. I will never go back to this location.

My husband and I have ordered from here a few times and each time it was a disappointment. The first time, our order was canceled with no explanation given. My husband called the store and spoke to the manager and he said he would make it if we re ordered and we did. I love stuff crust pizza but all 3 times I’ve gotten it, the crust was raw. Literally raw!! My 3rd complaint was on Friday night when we ordered, I had to wait a very long time. They have a service window at the front to which I assume is for safety reasons because it’s not the best of neighborhoods. I waited at the window, shouting,calling inside the store for at least 30 minutes all while I could clearly see my order sitting there on the shelf. It appeared to be 2 young people a man and a woman locked in another room. The man apologizes and says they were doing inventory, if that was the case, why was the door shut? Not too pleased. Will probably never order from this location ever again.
