I got the $9.99 any-topping large pizza with stuffed crust (an extra $3), and honestly, it’s an amazing deal! Every other pizza place in the area feels so expensive, so Papa John’s is great when you want something tasty without spending a lot.

The staff at this location were really friendly, my order came out quickly, and the store was clean.

My only downside: I ordered the pizza well done, but it came out undercooked. It was disappointing because it definitely would’ve tasted even better if it had been cooked properly and I currently don’t have an oven to recook it.

Papa John’s still has some of the best deals around, but I recommend checking your pizza before you leave just to make sure it’s cooked the way you want it.

Super bowl order – Food was pretty good, the reason for 4 stars is the chicken bacon ranch pizza was a bit sad on the toppings side, it was mentioned a certain frozen pizza brand has a competitively priced pizza CBR pizza that was packed a bit more with chicken and a name brand ranch sauce. I only mention it because chicken was listed as a premium ingredient but what we got with the pizza was an “acceptable” amount of chicken.

All that said it was still good food, good service and on time which matters a lot for me. Since pizza is so competitive I’d go back on days with good deals.

Ordered 2-3 times from this location now. The staff are friendly and the pizza has been made exactly as ordered every time i’ve gone there. I DO order pizza “Well Done” and I wish my pizza had been cooked a little longer however it was sufficiently cooked through (No raw dough) and I understand they have conveyor belt ovens so getting a proper “Well Done” on a pizza can be tricky.

The staff are all extremely friendly and I’ve seen workers washing their hands and wearing gloves when appropriate so I’m satisfied that the location provides clean food.

Ordered for pick up. Got there and when I walked in all they said was give me 10 minutes I have to remake the breadsticks. No reason no apology. Received my order and got home. Opened the box and had the wrong pizza. Ordered a larger cheese and pepperoni and had a stuffed crust meat lovers. Called the store and let them know. Was told they were closed and put On hold just for the employee to never come back on the phone. Do yourself a favor and never order from here. Worst service ever.

I have tried very hard to avoid this review, because I enjoy a good Papa Johns Pizza frequently. I am certainly a frequent flyer ordering multiple times a month, sometimes multiple times a week. Someone at Papa Johns decided it would be a great idea to use Door Dash to deliver their pizzas, and every since they made that choice I have had nothing but problems.

I have had pizzas left on my door step, ants crawling all over the place, and no knock or doorbell, only to be discovered 30 minutes later cold.

I have had completely wrong orders delivered to my house (can’t blame door dash for this one)

I have had pizzas take 40 minutes to get from the shop to my house which is 7 minutes down the road. They have an online tracker so I can see when it leaves the building with the dasher.

But last night was the final straw. I did not include a tip on my CCard, as I had cash to give as a tip. The door dash driver gives me my food, I hand her the cash tip and she disappears quick. It’s no surprise, you can see the photo of what was in the box. Obviously she did this, because she noticed no tip on my CCard.

What’s even worse is Papa Johns charges a $4.95 delivery fee, when they don’t deliver the pizzas.

Now the staff at this location have been understanding, and I can hear the frustration in their voices, as these complaints about Door Dash come frequently. Plus they have to continually remake orders and send them out… I have forgotten all of the orders that had to be remade because of Door Dash.

It’s quite simple Papa Johns, you don’t supervise Door Dashers, so they can do whatever they want, and it’s killing your business. Are you going to do the right thing and go back to paying your own drivers??? You are already collecting $4.95 per order to provide this service… so what’s the problem?

Again, I don’t begrudge the local crew at this location, they make great pies, but from now on, I am going to call in my order and insist that a delivery driver bring the food. No more Door Dash.

UPDATE 10/1/2024

They won’t let me add another negative review, so I will just add to this one… Another order placed today, delivered by Door Dash. This time, the food was left on the ground outside, with my ant friends and the pizza looks like it was dropped. I’m adding two more photos to the collection. I will keep posting as long as it takes for Papa Johns to fix the problem.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s, but unfortunately the quality has gone down over the years—way down. It’s definitely no longer “better ingredients, better pizza.” There are many local pizza parlors now offering far better pizzas for the same price, if not less. Papa John’s really needs to step up and make some changes, because at this pace, I don’t see them lasting another 10 years.

I haven’t ordered Papa Johns in over 6 months. Last time I ordered, pizza was dry and cold. The time before that, pizza was burnt. I was really disappointed because Papa Johns has been my favorite since I was a teen.

Today I decided to give them another chance, and everything turned out exactly how it should. Ordering online was easy. My order came out correct, pizza and brownie was hot, fresh and NOT dry. Pizza delivery man, I wish I caught his name, he made sure he told me the sauces were inside the box, and he was quick to get my order to me. Polite as well.

Awesome job everyone! I used to work in pizza so I know how challenging it can be. Especially on a weekend evening. Thank you for making my bad day brighter.

Was seriously hoping to never have to leave a negative review about papa John’s but the quality of what I get verses how much I’m paying just doesn’t add up anymore. And I order through the app and there is no way to report how they messed up the order. The time has come for my to start making my own pizza.

Door dash was the worst decision ever! Friday night I ordered 4 medium pizzas, break sticks and a brownie. I pre ordered and scheduled for a 4:30 delivery. By 5pm I finally got a notice that a dasher was on their way to the store. By 5:15 they delivered EXCEPT they delivered ONE pizza, the breadsticks and the brownie. He swore he was told that’s all there was to deliver. We immediately called the store and they said they were getting the rest out to us, which meant another dasher and waiting for them to actually pick up the order. We did not get to eat until 6:30 when the new dasher arrived and it was painfully obvious our 3 other pizzas had been sitting there the whole time. If the store wasn’t 3 miles away we would just do carry out, but we don’t have a papa John’s any closer to us so this is “our store”. Guess we will stick with Pizza Hut or dominos as they have their own drivers and both are a block away from us. Too bad because I very much prefer the taste of a papa John’s pizza.
