I ordered a regular barbecue chicken bacon pizza for delivery. I didn’t want or ask for gluten-free dough, there wasn’t even an option for GF. I’m sure they gave me GF dough or their dough is just always that bad. It was light in color with a card board taste & texture. It tasted undercooked. Even putting in the toaster did not make difference. It ruined the whole pizza, I literally threw the rest away. I don’t remember their regular crust being like that.

Garbage. Who ever that was at the window that canceled my order. The pizza was for my autistic nephew. And this poor excuse of a man who felt all mighty to cancel my order that I was waiting on because he felt some type of way. It was 1 pizza no sauce just cheese. I had family over and we ordered a few pizzas and sides for pick up. Everything was sealed and seemed fine. When we got home I realized I was missing 1 pizza. We opened another to find slices missing and opened a side of wings to see the ranch had already been eaten. So disgusting. Understandably, most of the food went to the trash.
I contacted corporate and made an official complaint. Instead of them internally dealing with it, their response was for me to contact a manager but no name or contact info was provided. If I did this they’d credit me 2 pizzas. It honestly felt like they didn’t care and the last thing I want is more food from there. I didn’t call. It feels like employees eating and tampering with customer’s food would be a huge issue with more urgency. From the food to the customer service, it’s all been a disgusting experience.

They’ve gotten my order wrong twice and this last time my pizzas had been tossed around and had a garlic sauce spill inside and outside the box. I was offered store credit but I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again. Manager was nice and professional.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and breadsticks with a ranch cup. I got a pizza with not even a normal amount of cheese and breadsticks with a regular sauce cup. This order wasn’t complicated; no reason it should have been screwed up

Restaurant is 7mins from my hse, and the food was cold like it was sitting all day. Not to mention I paid for XL New York style pizza. It arrived cold and thin crust with regular slices, not foldable. Was very disappointed.

So you order a couple pizzas, you expect to have them come intact. I ordered some from this location and received a pizza HALF EATEN! Attached is the picture. Spoke to the manager, the general manager, and I am waiting back to hear from the area manager. I was offered a free pizza, but they will not give me a refund. I will no longer order from this location, so the free pizza is worthless. Horrible customer service from Janet, the manager. Nancy, the general manager was nice enough, but couldn’t help me. And I am waiting back to hear from the area manager to see about a refund. We shall see.

I got a stuffed crust peperoni and it’s the best. I thought we would eat the whole thing but we could only eat half because it was so fulling , try the spicy garlic sauce it added a spicy twist that blended perfectly together. And the amount of peperoni was insane they was so much it even layered a little. Mouth water goodness and this absolute morning delight . Yum yum yum

Okay I ain’t going to lie whoever made the pizza for me today was good besides for the fact once I opened one of my boxes of pizza their was a slice missing and I called right away and he didn’t want to help me. He kept on saying for me to go over there but I to told him I had my pizza delivered for a reason cause I have no way of going over there and he still didn’t want to help any other way besides going there.

Never got to order. They gave me a number to call then it was the wrong pizza hut. I called the one on land in Charleston and they don’t deliver. But should I just live on Nellis Charleston? Then I call the one over here on Nellis. And they answer they transfer us and then they just hang up so I don’t know I don’t get it. I will not order from them again.
