I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at this location was by far the worst I’ve ever had with any business. I called to address an issue with my order and spoke with the manager on duty, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving my concerns, he told me he wouldn’t issue any credit, said, *“If you don’t like it, stop ordering from here,”* and then hung up on me.
To make matters worse, he refused to provide his name when I asked. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but this incident has made it clear they don’t value their customers.
At this point, I don’t even want store credit; I want my money back. If this is the kind of service Papa John’s considers acceptable, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the recorded call because no customer should be treated this way.
Avoid this location at all costs.

I’m giving one star only because there isn’t a zero-star option.
I ordered a pizza, but the driver left it in a public area and it was stolen. When I called the store, instead of offering a solution, the “general manager” repeatedly told me it was my fault for not answering the phone, said I would never get the pizza, and hung up on me, twice.
I’ll admit I wasn’t speaking politely either, I was hungry and about to go into a meeting without dinner. Still, I can’t believe a company of this size would treat a customer this way. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I also still haven’t received a refund after five days, which is terrible.

We love PJ pizza and I’ve never had any issues with the way they operate, that all changed tonight, we ordered via PJ app and they used DoorDash for some reason resulting in the driver giving our food to the homeless person outside our complex. I’m glad y’all don’t mind feeding the homeless on your dime but it’s disappointing to have to call and get a redelivery.
Thank goodness you guys have such awesome staff ! River answered the phone when I called and wasted no time making things right. You guys should quit using DoorDash. This was such a fiasco.

When I ordered my food I know I Told them the gate code and apartment number. when the driver got here they had to call me for both the gate code and apartment number. I called and spoke to the manager. A brief summary of what he told me was “yeah, sorry about that, I get calls like these everyday. I will put in a note.” What good is a note if you get calls like this everyday?

Sometimes when I work late nights -I need to grab some good hearty food for my children. Papa Johns took care of my tummy late nights while I was cramming for exams in college and still never disappoints. The crust is delicious and flavorful and I love the sauce. I want to give kudos to Angel who works at store #2820 on Cambridge and Desert Inn in Las Vegas. He always has a great calm demeanor, give excellent guest service, makes my food quick and fast. Thank you Papa Johns for hiring people who love customer service and making delicious food. Keep up the good work Late night staff. Moxie

I’ve ordered food from here several times and it’s either hit or miss at this place. You either going to get good cooked food or you’re going to get it under cooked or raw. Being that it is pick up when I got home and realized it was raw dough I didn’t feel like going all the way back to deal with it. It never should have been served like that. I don’t think I will order from here again.

Let me say I love Papa Johns and the brand, but this location is must be awful. I put in a $80 delivery order Saturday evening. I live 2 miles away and according to the online tracking it took over 30 minutes for the pizza just to be delivered after it was ready for pickup. They now use door dash for delivery, and the food showed up barely warm. From order submission to delivery is was about 70 minutes. I can understand they might have been busy. But I had the most awful pizza I have ever received. Had I picked this up in person and seen the quality I would have rejected it. The stuffed pizza crust was overcooked and chewy, the crust under the toppings was paper thin, and with just enough toppings to cover it, not filling at all. The cheese sticks were overcooked, super thin, very greasy and lightest amount of cheese possible. Only thing they didn’t mess up was the brownie and the chicken bites since they are pre-made and just need a quick cook. Never will I order from here again.

So I ordered food tonight and was trying to get food for my kids so we are waiting on the pizza so I called the store to see why the app says delivered and I spoke with the store manager and he told me he would remake my food but we need the right number I responded with to my understanding the number was correct he then told me he not going to remake my food he is just going to refund me my money and he will do nothing for me I was so confused so I asked him all because I said to my understanding the number is correct you won’t remake my food he then hung the phone up in my face I called back and told him that poor customer service my kids have been waiting for their food and he said I’m not helping you he do not care I will get my refund in 5 days and told me I was being rude and yelling at him I said I’m not yelling I’m asking why can you just remake the food for my kids is it because I have a stern tone of voice then said I’m not gonna go there with you

I’m not sure why I decided to give this place a try. I just wanted a pizza, I guess. I ordered online through their website. It said it would take 40 minutes to deliver, but it was actually 1 hour and 16 minutes.
They use DoorDash drivers for online orders. I’m not sure if that played a factor.
The food was cold on arrival. Cheese bread was rock hard and poorly prepared. The pizza itself was decent but had a plastic aftertaste. Great amount of chicken wings, but again, it was cold.
The irony is that it’s only a 12 minute walk down the street. So I’m curious as to why it took so long. I only ordered for delivery because I’m currently disabled.

I ordered this pizza tonight – Not only was it ice cold when I got it, there are also completely bare spots on the crust where there is no cheese at all despite ordering EXTRA cheese. I had to microwave it before I could even serve it to my Mom. I called the store and all the manager wanted to focus on was the issue with DoorDash and my delivery. He told me to just put the pizza in the oven to reheat it. If I wanted to do all that I would have made dinner my self.
It’s less than a 10 min drive from there to my apartment. I ordered delivery because I don’t have a car and it’s to far to walk in the heat. He never acknowledged the issues I had with the pizza nor made any mention of rectifying the issue.
