Did pick up, food was ready within 10 mins and still hot when I got home. It was cut a little unevenly but i was eating alone and good tastes the same regardless. Service was super friendly. ive been getting pizzas delivered from this location for close to 14 years and lately its so bad ,the management that is ,that after the last order i made yesterday im done . previously there’d been an order that was like an hour to reach me and it was missing my 2 liter as well 1 of 2 toppings on my pizza . called manager and was told to call back and get a credit for next order ,vague at best but i agreed . few days pass i called ,same manager answered and put me on hold until i hung up after 10 minutes . then yesterday order went in at noon waited 1-1/2 hours for a cold pizza to arrive that i can live with it still tasted ok ,but im done dealing w a manager so incapable of “managing” as this guy is .

I made an order on line, their system said about 30mnts for my order to be ready, it took almost 2 hours to receive my order & plus their system showed in the progress that my pizza had being delivered when it wasn’t!! I had to call the location and hour and half later for the manager to tell me that the guy just left, an hour and half from when I 1st placed my order… Terrible service…

I wish I’d have looked at the reviews before ordering today. Haven’t had Papa John’s for years. It used to be very good but too expensive. Today, I ordered on line and had a pick up time at 4:30. I got a text @ 4:07 saying the pizza was ready. I jumped in the car and hurried to pick it up. I only live 5min away. When I arrived the counter person could not find my order even though she touched the box several times. I got it home, it was cold, very little pepperoni, the extra black olive I paid for was just a sprinkling, asked for square cut, it was in triangles. We ate it because we were hungry and watching the playoffs for Super Bowl. It was an awful experience and the service leaves a lot to be desired. While eating, I looked down at the box and saw “This pizza could have been free”. Guess what? The quality was nothing like how it used to be. So, no, I don’t ever want a pizza like that again even if it’s free. What happened to Papa John’s?

Ordered for delivery from the papajohns website, order was delivered via doordash which was unexpected but it was missing half my order. Went to call but the store was closed an hour early apparently. No option on the website either to report something being wrong. This keeps happening and this will be the last time I order from papajohns. Luckily the pizzahut across the street is good.

If you must eat here don’t order the bacon, its just fat. Unless you like chewy inedible bits of meat that you have to stop and spit out. If that’s what you like Papa John’s is a 10! Also toppings go on top of cheese. Toppings DO NOT go under cheese.
