Larger hotel with wide hallways, clean pool, spa, exercise room, and a small basketball space out front. Good access to freeway without being directly on the freeway. Breakfast are not my favorite but offer a variety of item.

Horizon Papa John’s has been cutting their breadsticks in half! The photo to the left is what they tried to serve me today. Other photos are from Google research as well as Papa John’s customer service stating the correct length which is 10 original breadsticks at 12 to 14 inches long also a statement saying that all franchises are to adhere to Papa John’s Breadstick recipe to ensure the quality of the Papa John’s.

I ordered the Oreo bites with my food and this is how it came, with no icing cup or drizzle like advertised. This was a pregnancy craving and I am extremely disappointed. They also always end up sending deliveries through DoorDash, where the drivers are never able to break to break a 20 for change like most pizza delivery drivers, and there is no warning when placing the order until after it’s on the way. I never remember this as I don’t order here very often and have ended up getting suck in very uncomfortable situations with my driver when I don’t have the right change readily available and I’m not able to afford a $15 tip on a $25 order.

Every time there’s an issue at Papa John’s between this location and one on Valle Verde. They either put the wrong sauce with breadsticks, the pizzas are thin, barely any crust, overcooked, etc. I ordered pickup earlier this week at Horizon location and I don’t know who they have cooking, but my breadsticks half sized (some looked like witch fingers) and half of them were hard like a pretzel. Maybe it’s time to just stick with Dominoes.

The second pizza that only had cheese in the middle and barely a touch of sauce in the middle. They give as little as they can. I will not be ordering from them again. Some areas, the sauce and cheese was almost 3 inches from the edge. That was on a small pizza. I literally had to add more cheese to my pizza when I got home and did not want to waste a jar of pizza sauce to cover the rest of it. I’ll try a different location and if that doesn’t work, I’ll go back to Joe’s NY PIZZA who charges a Tid bit more but gives you a BETTER pizza ! They’re just not open as late and they’re down on Eastern on the east side of the road.

Ordered online pickup. Got there after the app said my order was ready. Pressed the button saying I was there and literally parked right in front on the entrance. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order but nobody came out. I could see my order sitting on the rack so I just walked inside and got the attention of the kid making the pizzas as he was the only person up front. He asked my name, told me someone would help me soon, the proceeded to fiddle with his phone to change whatever music he had playing in his ears, then very slowly and lazily start work on some pizzas instead of helping me, which would have taken two seconds of his time. I look in the back and see a girl in the back moving something with the delivery guy so I wave to get her attention. She sees me and asked if I was picking up. I said yes and told her my name and pointed at my pizzas. She gave them to me and I left. I could not believe how long it took just to get my pizza. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Horrible customer service.

I love Papa John’s food; however, I did not know that they could have such rude employees in their restaurant. Especially one in Henderson. African American female employee was rude. I was simply there to pick up for Grubhub at 3:06 PM today. No one was up front so I called out Hello so some one could hear me (because the music was blasting so loud). She came up front with attitude and asked “you here to pick up an order?” I said yes! And she said “8 minutes.” So I asked her if they even started the order so I can let the customer know and Grubhub. She said rudely rolling her eyes “I said 8 minutes!” WOW – She needs retraining and they need to turn down that music so they can hear their customers. It was so loud you can hear it in the parking lot. Also, Grubhub customers are your customers too!
