The pizza is great when all other pizza places sauces fail my man I went to papa John’s on solano. The atmosphere is great. The service is professional. There’s a delivery driver who’s been having a tough time getting tips so tip your driver please they came to you so you didn’t have to drive. They wasted that gas for you. Sorry it gets under my skin. Phone service is also very pro. I’ll continue ordering from here. 3 large 2 topping extra most bestest for under 60 worth it.

The restaurant prep area and counter are always clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Fast, efficient service with a smile. The food is fantastic! Consistently delicious, high quality pizza made to order. The desserts never fail to please. Love their rewards program to earn Free Food! Here’s a picture of their Delicious New York pizza with double green chile. Taste so divine, I ordered it a second time! They nailed it!

This was the worst pizza that I have ever had. It was also very expensive, costing $30.24 for 2 NY style pizzas. Nothing like NY pizza and it was so dry.I ordered extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese. I would have saved so much money if I had ordered from Little Ceasars.

I called the curbside service phone number when I arrived. I hit the option 2 button. It said my pizza was ready so I wrongfully assumed someone would bring it out. It said it was ready for 15 minutes. I walked in but didn’t have a mask, the staff immediately told me to leave because I didn’t have a mask… which is why I called the curbside service number to begin with. I tried to explain I have been calling for like 20 minutes but they weren’t listening. You either do curbside or you don’t. Be nice, be a human and be decent enough and at least let me speak and tell you why I walked in maskless. Be better.

Some of the staff overcharge people knowingly. They know the price is a mistake, and yet they do it. Happened with me multiple times and noticed it in the third.

Loved the pizza, carry out. Disliked staff putting bare hands into large rectangle plastic bin & putting cheese on pizzas. Talked to female staff member outside, she said “that is how we make our pizzas.” Ewww, no gloves-> poor… I haven’t been back.!! ☹️

Placed an order for pick up tonight. First I wasn’t updating in the app so I called the store to check on it and the guy said oh it will be ready in 5 min. I said ok I’ll send my husband to pick it up. My husband gets the 15 min later and asks about our order. They gave it to someone else. The worker even checked the system and said I was the only Amanda who placed order so..my husband had to wait there so they could remake our order, but no apology nothing. I’m just disgusted with this papa johns.

I was charged over five dollars for crushed peppers and garlic seasoning when it has always been complementary will never go back. Do not appreciate it being charged for complementary stuff was told by an employee. The district manager did not get a big enough bonus so they need to start charging For seasoning and packets.

Very disappointed in the service provided by this location this last time. I ordered from this location at least once a month, however I will no longer use them. I placed an order and never have I had issues with my food being delivered. I have always use the same address that is saved on the app. I checked status of my order, it showed it was being delivered, a few minutes later I get call from driver saying that they can’t find address. I tried to verify address with driver and he kept cutting me off saying that the number on the address were not important. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.
