Ordered a pizza and garlic knots and it appears whoever made the order thought the garlic sauce goes on the outside of the pizza box instead of on the actual knots. Soaking wet greasy boxes that I couldn’t save food in, and plain bread knots. Pretty upsetting.

Not worth the deals at all The staff were friendly and professional. Both pizzas tasted like nothing and barely had any sauce on them. The toppings were skimpy and not placed throughout them. Some toppings appeared to have been added late and not to have been cooked through the duration of the rest of the pizza. When trying to pay through the APP, it kept forcing me to tip with no option for cash if paid online. This experience was not worth our time, money and not even better than the nasty Pizza hut across the street. I can say that after this I don’t want to return to any Papa John’s locations.

I ordered through papa john pizza app and it comes to my house as door dash I take a bite of my cheese stick and it’s hard as a rock because they over cooked the bread. And I ate my pizza hardly any cheese on my pizza. I deserve my money back tbh cause this is bullshit

I’ve been ordering from this specific store throughout my entire childhood. I’ve recently moved back to this side of town and attempted to place an order via phone and was completely blind sided when someone overseas answered the phone. They couldn’t understand English very well and told me that I wouldn’t be allowed to place my order. It was absolutely ridiculous anyone can place an order for pickup but they kept asking for my address. The outsourcing that was chosen as a good idea from corporate was singlehandedly the WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE. If I didn’t absolutely love Papa John’s I wouldn’t have gone into the store to order then be forced to wait in the parking lot while it was made. The people in the store apologized and for the most part they were nice throughout the process but they were also short and clearly deal with a lot of annoyed/angry customers. Seems to me this could be solved by simply having the individual store employees answer the phones not a random call center in another country. Luckily I took down the actual phone number and an employee told me what number you press to reach the store but what a FRUSTRATING experience. Really messed up the good memories I’ve always had as a kid calling to order pizza on the weekends.

Great staff! I had placed an order for delivery yesterday. The organization that they use for deliveries cancelled the delivery and gave no reason. When I called to get the status, the staff explained to me what had happened and made the order for me. I went to pick it up and they had it ready in 15 min. The cancellation was outside of their control, but they bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate going above and beyond.

I was sorely disappointed after eating Domino’s pizza last week. But tonight I was delighted to eat my pizza delivery mainstay: jalapeño, pineapple, and chicken…made expertly by the Papa John’s crew on 22nd and Wilmer. The quality of this pie should serve as a blueprint for all large pizza delivery chains across the globe. Photo shows pizza within five minutes of receiving delivery.

I used to hate Papa Johns pizza, especially this location. However, I was on my way home from work and saw how busy it was, so I decided to stop and give it another try. I was not disappointed. Seems as if it is under new management or something good as the pizza tasted so good and looked as if it came right out of the advertisement. Also, the brownie they sell is addictive. Will be back more often. As busy as this place is, I give the staff a thumbs up for their hard work.
