Placed an order online, walked in to pick it up, and was completely ignored. One employee was walking around with ear buds in so he couldn’t even hear me trying to get his attention. Another employee looked and me twice and never acknowledged me. I literally had to call the store and let the phone ring an unreasonable number of times before getting an answer…just to tell them I was standing there. Completely ridiculous! The excuse is that the bell on the door is broken. Seems this would be more of a reason to be on the lookout. Had them cancel my order and took my business elsewhere.

I live less than 7 min away and consistently get my pizza cold. Employees ruining franchise name.shouldnt take an hour and a half to get my pizza.also i don’t want door dash delivery I called Pappas not them.worst service ever…this manger needs to be fired she was rude gave a bunch of excuses.if you guys can’t offer a quality service say so..will never order from here again…

Absolutely worthless staff at night. Went in for an online order and it was ready anywhere near the time given. Then I stand in the store waiting for someone to give me my order while they just walk around and ignore customers.
UPDATE: Got home to find the pizza was very undercooked, to the point that the cheese in the middle wasnt even melted

Wasn’t to sure what to do for the star rating. Our pizza’s got delayed but that was not their fault the driver was stuck in traffic because of an accident no biggie. Our pizza was not correct but I called and the manager looked my order up and apologized for the mistake and offered to make and send the correct pizza and then asked if she could throw in a free item and offered us several options we were given hot fresh pizza and a hot free cookie. My kids were super happy!

Pathetic customer service! An hour late with my order… The owner of this franchise should hire more competent people. I’m not ordering from these clowns again. Like the other review mentions, terrible customer service! Don’t order here and save yourself time and money and go to another place. It’s not worth the money or the waiting time

Delivery time said an hour but it extended another hour as the time expected got closer. Ok, i can deal woth that because I used to work at a plizza place so i know things happen out of the manager’s control. Once we received our order, our wings were wrong, even though the tags on the container read correctly… I called and explained everything to the manager Holly. She not only handled it beautifully but she went above and beyond to make it right for me and my kids. Thanks Holly for restoring my confidence.

I need to express how wonderful the staff working here truly is! My boyfriend placed an order online at closing I found out for delivery!! I work food service. This is totally unacceptable!! He was a total jerk by the way I found out!! But this young lady who was a manager went above and beyond!! I work late and my son had a sleep over he was trying to figure your things out late! And thanks to your most amazing staff they still delivered the order! I can’t praise a nicer customer service experience because they did go way above beyond!!! This is what makes a great place run and be successful people that go above and beyond and they did!! And I THANK YOU!!!!!! I hope this reaches who needs to see it!! Thank you again

Apparently they’ve fired all of their in-house drivers and partnered with DoorDash for delivery company wide. It shows. Waited an hour and forty minutes for warm pizza. On top of that, we didn’t receive the extra sauces we paid for. If we ever decide to order again it certainly won’t be delivery. That way we can QA the order before we leave the store.
