I had a great experience at this Papa Johns location today! They really impressed me with the quality of the pizza ”it was hot, fresh, and made just right. The wings could have used a little more sauce, but overall, the food was solid.

A special shoutout to Frank, the general manager. Not only was he personable and welcoming, but he also happened to make a darn good pizza today. It’s always nice to see management take pride in their work… and when the pride shows through the food! I’ll definitely be back!

This review is mainly based on an experience I had with the GM Frank. I called in and asked for a manager because I thought my order was messed up by sending a pizza with the wrong crust. When I called in I realized, when Frank repeated my order back to me it was my mistake because my husband did order the crust they sent when I had thought he ordered a different kind. Frank was so kind to us and said that he appreciated that I was not rude to him and sometimes orders do get messed up and when people call they are so incredibly rude. He said because of how nice I was he was going to comp us a pizza in the future. He didn’t have to do that because there was no order mistake. It pays to be kind people!!! I don’t see why people are so rude when a mistake happens because if you call they are always willing to fix the problem. Frank is an amazing GM and I really appreciate him and his kindness. He definitely should be acknowledged for going above and beyond for his customers. And our pizza was really good!!! If you ever have a problem ask for Frank and be nice to him because he’s really really nice!!!

I placed an order at 11:28pm for a large pizza. The gentlemen on the phone asked me to pay over the phone and I asked if I could pay when I arrived, he said yes. I quickly received a phone call back from someone else asking for payment because their lobby was closed, so I paid; no problem. I was then told to call when I arrive so they could bring the pizza out. Unbeknownst to me, they use a call center to take their orders so when I called to let them know I was in the parking lot, the gentlemen said “okay” and I hung up. About 15 minutes later, a young man in white and black Nike shorts, a Papa John’s shirt and a hat comes out and asks if I placed an order. I told him my name and he says “you didn’t call, we told you to call”. I quickly replied and told him that I did call and I spoke to a gentleman with a Middle Eastern accent. He says “do I sound like I have a Middle Eastern accent?” and explains the call center and how I needed to ask them to connect me to the store; like I said unbeknownst to me. I tried to explain to him that I was unaware and he quickly cut me off and walked away to go get the pizza. He comes back out, continues to tell me how they use a call center and that I need to ask to be connected to the store, again, I had no clue. He hands me the pizza, says have a good night and walks back into the store.

Couple of areas for improvement, first, communicate to the customer, because they might not know you use a call center to take orders. Second, his demeanor and tone were very matter of fact as if I was supposed to know I needed to ask to be connected to the store. I didn’t care for the interaction, the young man was rude and unprofessional.

Now, onto the pizza that I was excited to try, considering I rarely go to Papa John’s. The pictures will explain everything. My opinion, it was late, they wanted to go home, and could care less about the $15.00 I spent or the gas I expended to come and pick up the pizza. They just threw the pizza together and said “screw it”. This is your job, if you don’t like it, find a new one because when you prepare food this way, it guarantees that customers will never come back. Needless to say, this went in the trash! The cheese wasn’t melted all the way, the toppings were just thrown on, it was improperly cut, and there was a pound of cheese, which overloaded the undercooked dough.

No matter how late it is, if you’re open, prepare the food as if you just opened for the day, the time of day should NOT dictate the quality of the food.

Spent $32 with tax and delivery fee for 1 large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. Put in the order for it to be WELL DONE. IT WAS DELIVERED DOUGHY!
Very dissatisfied!! To pay that much for 1 pizza and for it to not be cooked to order is extremely disappointing. Will stick to buying my pizza at the store and cooking myself or buying from their competitor

We have no idea why this location is rated So low. We live 30 to 40 minutes away, but we order here regularly, and EVERY SINGLE order has been AWESOME!!! It is well worth the drive for us! Frank takes great pride in his pizza & products & he’s one of the nicest human beings you’ll ever meet! He truly represents what Customer care and Management should be about.

Every time I come to this location I have a wonderful experience. I love the pizza deals, the papa dough dollars and if you do the survey you get free cheesy sticks. Frank and the whole team have always given me great customer service. And this is why I continue to come . See y’all soon I’m sure

I love this location the guy that works here is always so sweet and nice. I never have issues with my orders, whether if it’s pick up or delivery. I don’t care for the company and their beliefs however this specific location is amazing.
