The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because we ordered yesterday on Halloween night and I know they were busy! Our pizza was over 40 mins late. I ordered extra sauce and not only did they not give extra sauce they put like no cheese on the pizza. I paid extra for extra peppers and didn’t get any. We also ordered garlic nots and they were so dry and old we couldn’t even eat them. Incredibly disappointed!

Pizza had minimal toppings.. could have been mistaken for a plain cheese pizza. Called in to report our dissatisfaction to the manager in hopes to get a credit for future. Manager refused and said he would only offer a credit if WE drove the pizza back… I can’t believe we did, but drove back.. the manager was very rude and didn’t offer an apology, barely any acknowledgement when coming in to show them this pathetic pizza… ended up getting a full refund (surprisingly). Terrible customer service. Not my Papa!

This is the worst looking pizza I have ever gotten , been a papa John’s fan for over 15 years, they were my first job in high school, we would have NEVER let this pizza leave like this. I also asked for half pineapple and half bacon and they did half Canadian bacon which is not what I asked for. Something is off with this cheese I have never seen it do this! Won’t be coming back to this location I drove far for this too !

Ordered 3 pizzas and absolutely disgusting. Tasted like rotten ingredients. Manager, Jacob did offer to remedy and we did have to go through Uber eats for a refund except covering the expense of the tip which is almost the price of a pizza. Prices are high for garbage quality that can’t compete with little Ceasers (which is terrible). Go somewhere else!

We ordered off the app before and never had any issues! Today we ordered the kids pizza. Guess what? Nothing! We called and asked what happened and they said the driver went to the wrong address! The app shows our correct address, but they keep saying the wrong address! It’s been over three hours and the kids are waiting to eat! I called and told them the correct address! I’m hoping they don’t send cold pizza!

Gave this place a try and will never order here again. Over priced and poor quality. Ordered a large works pizza and received a pizza that had hardly any toppings on it. If we had wanted only crust and cheese on a pizza we would have ordered a cheese pizza. It was also frustrating to learn that they will charge you more in store for extra dipping sauce than what is advertised online.

We order from this location quite often. My husband ordered 2 pizzas and 2 of your sandwiches.
We eat 1 pizza and everything else goes in the fridge.
This morning my husband opens a box of the sandwiches and there is a ROACH, German roach at that!!! We’ve never seen a roach in this house!!
So, I know that roaches infest cardboard boxes, so possibly you’ve got an infestation OR the delivery guy has an infestation in his car!
Do we need to inspect the delivery drivers car interior?
This is unacceptable! Our pizza and sandwiches are in the trash now.

So the cup of garlic butter they gave me was already opened… spilled all over in the box and seeped out onto my cooler while walking up my stairs with both. Didn’t even notice until I walked in the door. Very sketchy!!
