Teribble experience…we ordered 3 pizzas and got 2. Then i got additude from the delivery driver after a 5 dollar tip and 5$ delivery charge. On the 2 pizzas i recieved each was 1/3 covered in bubbles and no cheese so a third of each pizza was useless. Worst pizzas…not one, but both ive ever recieved. I have pics of this disgrace as well.

I tried for twenty minutes to order a pizza. A small cheese. On line it was $5.55 plus tax. When I phoned it in I got someone from India who was VERY difficult to understand who said it was $14.00. NEVER AGAIN.
I will never have my time wasted by a company who farms out there orders to India only to tell me that company policy is they can’t inform me of the $5.55 offer.

Michael T. helped save the day for a business lunch when we were in a pinch last week! I got the message late in the morning that lunch plans had fallen through for an event in a different city, and I was left to resolve the issue with very little time! I made the order online and followed up with a phone call, and Michael was on it! They got our lunch to the event in impressive time. Can’t rate the food bc never got my order. Placed an online order to be delivered at noon for a party, had a room reserved from 10-1. When I called the store at 12:10 the person who answered put the phone on the table to continued to do whatever they were doing bc all I could hear was banging in the background. After many attempts, of calling back, I finally got someone on the phone to cancel bc by this time it was 12:30 and if they couldn’t be there with pizza in 15 minutes, there would be no point in having it. Don’t recommend this store or the service at all.

0 stars would be more accurate for this place. I ordered through the app, and have my address saved and have never had a problem when they had their own drivers delivering. But recently they’ve been pushing everything to DoorDash and putting in the incorrect address about 20 minutes away to an empty lot. I called the store and the older woman wasn’t helpful at all, put me on hold to get ahold of DoorDash and then hung up. They wanted to send cold food back out from there, I asked to switch to pickup and she confirmed they could do it. My bf went to pick it up and she voided the entire order without calling back and letting me know. Seems she couldn’t own up to giving DoorDash the completely wrong address.

If zero stars were an option, I’d leave it. I’ve had two different pick up orders; one with DoorDash and one with UberEats; both orders I was told someone had already picked the order up.. I contacted DoorDash AND Uber and was told that wasn’t the case. Why lie? If you don’t want to do your job, close the restaurant.
