really odd customer service, order was cancelled and i was only notified through email. the email claimed they tried to call my phone, but no missed calls. now i’ve been on hold for 10 mins.
update a year later: the past two orders ive placed have been missing toppings i was still charged for with no notice or acknowledgement whatsoever :/
update 2 weeks from last update: doordasher stole my order and had to place a second. the woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed and said they couldn’t remake the order, just refund in 2-3 business days, and so i made a second order. missing not only the delivery pepperoni which i was still charged for, but also missing garlic knot condiments this time which is unusual. they were bland. i was given a $20 credit after the last mishap and it was so stipulated that i had to spend a bunch for it to even apply.
gonna try a different location next time

Young girl had NO customer service at all. Completely ignored us at the front counter. Of course she would not give me her name and she was the only one working on January 1st. Had time to walk next door and get a drink from Subway but no time to make our pizza in a reasonable timeframe.

Crust is great but where are the toppings? I can get a larger pizza loaded with toppings for less money just a few doors down, I was excited to see this new Papa John’s location, but if they don’t step up their game they won’t be here long. Here is a photo of their sausage, mushroom and green pepper pizza picked up Wednesday at 5pm.

Ordered 8 large pizzas for delivery to feed a large group. The pizzas arrived early and were made to order. We needed to add a gluten free pizza to the order to accommodate allergies and the manager Shawn was very helpful.
