This was the first time ordering and this pizza was gross. The crust was flimsy and tasted like a off brand pizza. Little bit of sauce and uneven with the cheese. I thought I ordered a pepperoni, half black olives and half mushrooms. I got all cheese olives and mushrooms no pepperonis. I called and they stated my order was what I received. Nevertheless the pizza doesn’t even qualify a star but that’s the lowest I could give. Never again will I order be the pizza was truly gross tasting.

I ordered delivery from this location and the food as always is great the driver that brought me my order was the worst I forgot to do the tip on the app. I had already planned on doing it on the receipt as I get why they need tips I use to do delivery as well. At the end of the day the driver ruined my experience at this location. They passively aggressively guilted me into tipping them for the service that I paused for at the end of the day if I want another pizza from papa John I will go out of my way to pick up from another location moving forward based on the service I received from this driver and recommend you do as well

This is the worst place. When you place an order online, they don’t tell you how long you’ll have to wait for delivery until AFTER you checkout. I went through the entire checkout process only to find out we wouldn’t get our deliver for a hour and a half. So, we opted to go pick it up. Come to find out, our pizza had been sitting there, they only had one driver and were extremely busy. I understand that. But they would not waive the delivery fee I had to pay. Why should I be charged a delivery fee when I picked up my own pizza? No one there was helpful at all. Won’t be ordering Papa John’s ever again.

Waited 90 minutes for two pizzas when I’m two miles down the street. Manager said it would be remade and it came and it was not even hot no grease dripping off no cheese melted and cold. Crust hard. This is what I get for loyalty ordering so many pizzas from this store and trusting he would hold his word now I have to feed this dog food to my kids. Outstanding.

Spent $150 on pizza for a class party specified in my order that I would need plates napkins etc when I arrived I was informed that I had no plates and that napkins were no longer free as well as parmesan and crushed red pepper was now $0.25 per piece. That is absolutely ridiculous 25 cents for $150 order. Never will I give you my business again.

Ginny was very helpful and pleasant! She recommended the Papa John’s Papadia’s, both the Philly Cheese Steak and the Cool Ranch Papadia they both were very good! I ordered the 10 piece Honey Chicken and it was delicious ! This was a Really Great Experience because Ginny was so people friendly and nice !

I pre-ordered 7 pizzas before the store opened for a 10:30 am pick up. The store calls 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and states they cannot meet the 10:30 am commitment time and want to push it to noon. That doesn’t work when I have 18 people schedule for a lunch meeting at 11 am.

I ordered multiple times from this location, holy cow. The. Pizza. Is. Terrible. Every single time. I don’t know if this is some franchised location that has been forgotten about or what but dude, the pizza tastes like the box that it comes in. Every time. I didn’t talk to the employees much so I’m gonna just stay neutral on that but man, it’s bad. I went like 5 or 6 times over the course of a month or 2. I just ordered from another Papa John’s and it tasted like Papa John’s! Different locations obviously can order their own ingredients and whatever the manager of this location is using is seriously disgusting. I have literally researched the company and done all kinds of stuff and I couldn’t figure out why my pizza was trash when everyone else was saying that their food is good. I’m gonna stop trying to explain it but do not go to this place. There are other locations.

I ordered a Large two top pizza and the Oreo bites. It arrived and my pizza was so cold the garlic sauce wasn’t melted anymore and my oreo bites pretty much burnt. I have called multiple times now trying to speak to a manager but I get hung up on while on hold.
