This location just can’t seem to get it together. I have tried them several times and unfortunately I consistently have issues with my order. My experience today was enough to make me leave a review. My order was delivered to a different person. When I called and requested my order to be remade and sent to me again they said it was going to take 45 minutes. For the inconvenience I asked if they could upgrade my 2 large pizzas to 2 XL pizzas. I was told no because it messes with their inventory. My only options were a refund or credit. I had used $28 in rewards so I was only paying $1 for the pizzas and $11 and change for the tax, delivery fee and tip. When I asked if I would get my $28 in rewards back on my account if they refunded me I was told by the manager that he wasn’t sure. After further discussion about how frequent my bad experiences were with this location he did upgrade my pizzas. However when I recieved my order both pizzas were incredibly thin. I dont know of this was mistake because they were rushing to catch up with the orders or if to “save the inventory” they took the dough for a large and stretched it to the size of an XL. Super disappointed with this experience. Id advise using a different location and picking up or saving yourself the trouble and using a different company. Trust me, you will be disappointed.

The “manager” is a heartless rude grinch on a power trip. HE THREATENED TO INTERRUPT OUR FAMILY’S FUNERAL BEING HELD AT THE MORTUARY NEXT DOOR TO COMPLAIN TO THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR.
Why? Because we parked in a parking spot in front of this Papa John’s store.
The parking lot in this complex is almost all open/ no reserved parking. There were no signs.
He sees our family get out of the car, runs out of the store and starts screaming that parking space is for his delivery driver.
The thing is- we’ve frequented this complex since it came into existence. We are well aware the rules of this parking lot, and again, there are no signs. We point that out and inform him we are there for a family member’s funeral and the parking lot is packed. Although we don’t need a reason to park there.
This man child throws a temper tantrum and threatens to yell at the funeral director. By golly dude, all those people inside that place were there to say goodbye to a much beloved soul who was taken too soon. Everyone is emotional in there. This manager became so power trippy that it must’ve made him tone deaf.
Our family weighs our options. Park on the other side of the lot or chance that this manager is truly so unwell and brazen, that he would actually crash a funeral over a parking spot. Being the bigger people, we moved our vehicle. While the funeral was on going, this manager was seeping in anger. He was so upset in fact that he channeled his anger into his computer and made a sign. A delivery driver only sign. And taped it up outside. Super official, right?
If any store official actually reads these reviews, please educate your employees about rules and funeral etiquette.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but…
Sadly, this location likes to understaff for holidays. I ordered a few pizzas and cheese sticks on Halloween night. I was quoted 1 hour for pickup. No problem.
I showed up at the 1 hour mark and was then advised my pizzas would not be ready for another 2 hours! Wow! Not cool.
The poor kids working that night should have had at least 4 to 5 more people working to cover the rush. That obviously didn’t happen. I got my money back and went to another restaurant instead.
The poor gal at the register was being barked at by rude customers and the whole crew was clearly overworked and stressed out. Lousy management indeed.
I won’t be back.

11/22 was going to order pizza at this location and saw an
EMPLOYEE harassing a customer. I witnessed a whole fight outside. Employee is chasing the customer outside while customer is walking away trying to ignore him. Then the employee pushes the guy and punches him from behind.
Then the customers wife came out and ripped him off the customer and thankfully she was recording and he looked like he was going to hit the woman too!! Then once he saw she was recording he ran back inside!! Cops were called.
Nice place to take kids!!

App stated it would be ready at 7:04pm and finally achieved a human (manager )at 740 which divulged that it came out of the oven at 720 and its been out for delivery for 25 min we live 5 min away. I dont blame the manager but the owner for not paying the kids enough to keep better workers on staff. We won’t order again. 10 years down the tubes .. lost another reliable customer ..

If I can give this papa John’s in Queen Creek a zero I would bec they don’t even deserve a zero. There’s this lady that works there and she is the rudest person I have ever talked to. She messed up my order and yet she has the nerve to get mad at me bec I complained that my order wasn’t correct. Who does that?? What happened to a customer service on this food chain?? I hope Jacob (manager) can do something about this bec that woman isn’t bringing customers to the store. She was very very rude!! I don’t wish on anyone getting fired but this lady need to get fired for real. I’m saddened by this situation and experience with Papa John’s. My pizza definitely NOT an Alfredo sauce.

Customer service zero. Do not order the Philly cheesesteak pizza it is not supposed to be made with RANCH. It’s beyond gross you call and ask for a refund or for something else instead and they are no help. They act as if using Ranch instead of Alfredo sauce is normal and it’s not. I will never ever waste my money at a Papa John’s location again! This place clearly doesn’t understand it’s your customers that keep you in business hiring rude employees doesn’t help you keep customers or stay in business. I will be contacting corporate regarding this location!

We ordered a stuffed crust and it is so very floppy and not risen. I don’t understand because the other pizzas we ordered were fine. Strange. This has happened to us multiple times – ordering and getting unrisen, flat crust. This is not their original crust recipe. Heads up when ordering.
