Update #2 (08/08/23): FANTASTIC customer service! I got an email survey after I got that burnt pizza so I let them know, honestly, what happened and said they could contact me about it. One of the store managers reached out to me THE NEXT DAY (which was a SUNDAY) and said she had already issued a refund and would remake the pizza for free if I wanted. I requested that today and picked it up and the manager offered for me to look at the pizza before I left the store to make sure it was cooked how I wanted it. Wow! I really appreciate how they resolved this with me, you could tell they really wanted me to have a good experience and it wasn’t about just getting my money. Sounds like several other reviews had issues with it being undercooked so I hope they can get that under control. But just know if a mistake is made, they are totally willing and happy to fix it!

I ordered pizza on Wednesday as I had not tried papa John’s since I was a child, as well I saw that there was a deal for 5 toppings any size pizza for $8.99. I cannot deny that once I saw that deal, I was surprised and decided to get two XL’s.

10/10 — some of the best pizza in town. Great experiences here every time. They deliver fast with the food still hot. The ingredients, cooking, and customer service put Domino’s to shame. Spend the extra few dollars and get Papa John’s. I can’t recommend this location enough. Plus, the manager — Sam, is one of the kindest, understanding, and professional people I’ve met.

Ordered 3 10inch pizza’s and a bread stick cost me 80 dollars without the delivery fee. Used to brag about them now I will never order again what a joke. Total bill was 118.00 $. To say the least I’m pissed.

Their online site is a mess. Can’t get prices unless you are ordering something or picking up an order. If the local store is closed you can’t make an order. So no idea how much $$ of a gift card to get. Can’t contact anyone except a robot to find out about prices, even chat is a robot. Grrrr.

They had some of the best prices compared to other pizza places in town. I thought the pizza was pretty tasty. I thought the crust was fairly firm, cooked, and the boxes appeared pretty clean. In my experience, most other chains are a lot greasier. They were pretty busy and it took a lot longer than they estimated, but they were pretty apologetic about it.
