I ordered through their website for contactless delivery. I input my address in capital letters but it must have gone through in lowercase because the doordash driver thought it was i instead of L (there is no I) and rang my doorbell twice, ignoring my contactless delivery request (I have covid rn). I never got tracking and the email said my order was going to arrive 7 hours later than it did. The order is not even in my order history. Get it together papa johns.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. A soggy mess piled high with pineapple that had never gotten the moisture squeezed out of it. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. Absolutely disgusting.

The driver bullied my wife complaining that the tip wasn’t big enough and he told her he wasn’t leaving until she gave him more money. When I called the manager, he didn’t seem too concerned about the fact that his driver threatened a woman half his size and figured he could get away with it. The manager gave me the feeling that he will get away with it.

I understand delivery drivers are hard to come by. But Papa John’s partner for delivering pizza is just a joke. Kelly F, a driver for that partner took over an hour to delivery my pizza.. I live across the street. An early job when I was younger was a driver and understand they make most of their pay through tips. So I like to eat pizza and tip as well as I can afford, when I can. Well I called Papa John’s, spoke with a manager and had a fresh pizza her within 30 mins. Guess what pizza came from her..
