Update: Would recommend using this Papa John’s after speaking with the manager and her correcting the situation and problem. Very impressed on how she corrected the issue. Attached are Photos of the pizza. She did a fantastic job!
Poor quality and poor service. Spent almost $30.00 with tip for a well done pizza and chocolate chip cookie. What did I get, a pizza that wasn’t well done with very little cheese on half and under cooked. Got a brownie instead of a cookie. Why, because they were out of the cookie. So instead of calling and asking if I wanted the brownie, they just sent it. If they had called, I would have canceled the cookie and not got the brownie.

I ordered a large hawaiwan pizza and there was no ham, no pineapple. And the pizza was extremely small and thin. Cost me 30 dollars for s large pizza and was definitely not worth it at all… waste of money. Ordered through the app. Waited and waited for the notification that my food was ready. An email, pop up something. Tried calling the store to check the status of my food. No answer. Finally I drive over and it turns out my food has been ready for quite a while. It’s now no longer hot. I asked the employee why I was notified. “Oh that happens sometimes”. Done, never again will I order from PJ. I deleted the app and have blocked their emails. ✌️

I originally ordered delivery but door dash couldn’t figure out my address. The night manager understand my issue and let me pick a new hot order. After craving this pizza for 3 long years i was so super stoked. And i truly appreciate this manager . Big shout out to you Thank you for making my papa johns experience great.
