Ordered carryout on 10/30 and was super disappointed in our food! The pizza was fine, but the wings were really bad! The pictures on the website are *very* misleading. They look like boneless wings on the website, but what we received looked like frozen chicken nuggets that they just poured BBQ sauce on – like, not even tossed Definitely will not be ordering again.

I ordered on 07/05. Our pizzas looked awful based on presentation. Our bread was brown and somewhat crunchy. Our breadsticks also looked nothing like they should. The app kept saying “wrong zip code” however the charges still went through which means I’m out $100+ on one order that went through twice. They also forgot to give us our breadsticks, so I had to drive another 20+ minutes to get them and find out they looked like this made me frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this Papa John’s to anyone. Also they didn’t care about their customers and ONLY CARED ABOUT DOOR DASHERS!!! Which let me know who their priority was which obviously wasn’t me. I hope they eventually improve, but for now I’m not going to give them anymore of my money.

Service is terrible. Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout. They sent an email saying it was ready. Got there and waited another 30 minutes. Then they only gave us one pizza. When I asked where the other pizza was, they said they didn’t know, but it would take another 30 to 40 minutes to make it. Left with no pizza and won’t be back.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but my experience here wasn’t very good. I ordered pizza from here and went in store to pay them cash with a $50 &they wouldn’t take it. They had me go to a gas station to get change and by the time I got home with dinner it was cold like it had been in a fridge. I get store policy but at least have signs up saying you won’t take anything over a 20. When I spend 30 dollars on dinner I don’t want it cold.

I was very impressed with the gentleman who took my phone order! I expected a hurried conversation because it’s a Friday night and I’m sure they were busy, but he was so kind to walk me through all the options, made sure I got the best deal, and read my order back to me to make sure it was correct. Great service!

undercooked pizza, was warm even though i waited 10 minutes over the estimated time so youd think itd be fresh but they were just behind. dough was off putting, skimped on ingredients. ordered extra pepperoncinis for $0.80 and recieved three. 1 large 1 small and 1 extremely small. this location used to be good

The toppings were in the middle layer and the top layer was cheese. Tasted like eating 3/4 inch of cheese. Tasted like a heart attack. Must have been 3k Calories. Why not just throw in an echocardiogram for funsies.

Nobody was at the counter when we entered. After a couple minutes a worker emerged. Even though they advertised specials on marquee, employee said that hadn’t been changed in two years!!! Then they didn’t honor signs that were staked outside door in the grass. They were super slow. We had to order on the app. Very disappointed in the service and advertising. The pizzas did taste good but we probably will not return.

I tried the new papa bowl. Sounded like a good idea. I was pretty disappointed in the serving size for the price. The picture is before I started to eat. I counted 12 normal sized bites. Luckily I wasn’t very hungry, but even then I still needed a snack afterwards. If I were actually hungry when I ordered this I would have been mad. Other than the size it tasted as expected, and was ready for pickup in 30 minutes.

My wife and I recently had an unsatisfying experience here, but the manager worked to make the problem right, and we’re grateful. Papa John’s has delicious pizza, and the garlic butter dipping sauce is a great way to use your crusts when you’re done. Don’t get the jalapeño popper rolls though—they’re dry and bland and not worth the money.
