I’ve always loved papa John’s pizza. I personally thought it was the better pizza joints than dominos and Pizza Hut but after i ordered a large zesty Italian trio pizza. The first 2 slices made my chest hurt. Later i ate another 2 slices and ended up throwing all of it up in the middle of the night. It was a complete waste of my money to order from here. But hey on a good note the customer service at this location was amazing. They maybe just need to take better care of their ingredients so they don’t spoil like mine obviously did.

We ordered twice, when we checked our order it said an order had not been placed. When we called back for the 3rd time, he told me yes, he called twice and I told him the same thing! So he called twice before and you told him the same thing?! That makes no sense! But you sure got his debit card number, didn’t you?! ♀️

When we want a decent pizza we are happy to go here to get it. The prices are what you would expect, but the family thinks the pizza are pretty good. We also tried the jalapeno bread sticks for the first time and my kids loved them. I also order 3 pizzas. the only thing I didn’t like was between the delivery fee and the expected tip, it would have added $20 to the cost, so I went and got them myself. Cost me 15 minutes and maybe a dollar in gas, no longer worth having it delivered. When I did get my order, it was ready, the guy there was very nice and friendly, even swapped out my ranch so it wasn’t warm. it was very nice of him to do that.

Ordered the Shaq a roni, we are extremely disappointed. There is nothing special about this pizza… pepperoni definitely didn’t go to the edge. It’s just a regular pizza that they charge extra for and it was cold when it arrived.. will never order it again!

This is why I have trust issues!! If there were an option for negative stars then I would be all over it. Waited more than an hour for this, ordered on the app and the manager Juan suggested I should call them instead so this shouldn’t happen! All he said was that he voided the cost and to have a good night, I knew I should’ve just got a Digiorno pizza .

I ordered delivery and I chose contactless delivery due to injuring my knee at the time and having dogs. My dogs began to bark, so of course, I knew the pizza was here. It took me a moment to get up, but since I have my Ring Doorbell connected to my Amazon Echo Shows, I noticed the delivery driver just standing there. So, I had to gather the dogs and put them away, limp to the door, and he gave me my order. But it is what it is.
Here’s my biggest issue: on one of the pizzas I ordered, when going to bite into the pizza, I chewed into something hard enough that it hurt my tooth and I was in slight pain due to chipping my back tooth. I provided my feedback and, due to my job, I work days that are 12–14+ hours. I asked to be contacted via email. Meanwhile, I had to do a Google Image Search and come to find out that I was wrong about it being a seed. It was actually an olive pit that I bit into.
Anyway, I missed a call from the General Manager, William Phillips. He then responded to the feedback to be contacted while arguing the contactless delivery option and asking me to describe what I thought was a seed. I responded to the email with pictures showing the olive pit I bit into. Nothing…it’s been 7 days and he hasn’t offered any type of resolution. I would expect a refund, but nope, just crickets. I will wait a few more days before going above him, even if it means going to corporate. I am so happy I didn’t have kids eating with us due to the pit.
This is the second time I have ordered from this location, and I will not lie, their pizza is expensive and takes forever to get delivered, but what I am baffled by is how they do not follow up after responding and clearly cannot follow instructions at all, from the delivery to asking to be contacted via email. If you are looking to order here, I hope you do not have any issues like myself, because they won’t do anything about it.

Excellent pizza. Definitely my fav chain pizza place. I take a star off because one of the garlic dipping sauces was just basically oil. Gross. But the pizza is consistently delicious.
