We’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s for years, but the last year or so it has really gone downhill. I’ve had multiple ordering issues, I’ve had my order subbed out to DoorDash and the pizza comes late, cold and unsealed. But, worst of all, we have had food poisoning twice now after last night’s pizza. Could be coincidence, but we are rarely sick, and both times we’ve eaten Papa John’s in the last few months one or more of us has been up all night throwing up. Decided this morning that we are done with Papa John’s for our pizza of choice.

It doesn’t take away being made to feel like a criminal but it was good to know that this location has a good GM and just needs to work through some professionalism issues with lower level leadership.*

Oof. I got a pizza for a long drive home. I figured I could snack on a single slice while I drove. Of course, after I got on the road, I opened up the box and found that the pizza was barely cut. I get that sometimes, every now and then, a slice can get stuck together. But today, the entire pizza was not cut through to the bottom. To grab any slice, I had to grab it with two hands and rip it from the crust to the center. Honestly, it was extremely frustrating and I recommend that any sane person avoid this location.

We were on the phone for 30 minutes trying to place an order and having them fix that order after messing it up. But we were ok and got it done but we had told them we would tip the driver when he delivered. Well they added the tip to my bill without my approval!! I had money on my card for the amount of the pizza and then cash for when he got here. Really not a great experience!!

I just placed an order for a medium pizza. My card was charged and then found out that they were not going to deliver on the order. I called and spoke with Gavin and he was very unprofessional and rude about refunding my card. I’m not sure how anyone is allowed to be as unprofessional as Gavin was. He basically said that I was not going to get a refund and that my order would not be delivered. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this establishment and as a once loyal customer this experience has made me want to NEVER order from Papa Joh’s again! I would never hire this Gavin as an employee. Bad! Bad! And more Bad!
