The Works Pizza was great, made just right with many good toppings. The garlic dipping cup is a standout feature with Papa John’s. However, I ordered boneless buffalo chicken, and this location forgot the Ranch Cup. The Ranch Cup is typed on the label, by the way. There is a hole cut into the packaging and it’s foolproof. Plus, I paid .15 cents for crushed red peppers and I did not receive them. It’s the principal. I am at a hotel and traveling, so it’s not like I have extra ranch in the fridge and red peppers in my cupboard. Would have taken forever if I called Papa John’s to bring me those two items.

I did a phone order. They said it would be ready. In 15 minutes, I showed up 15 minutes later. And when I showed up, they told me it’d be another 15 minutes. I’m not going back to this Papa, John’s. I’ll go to the one a mile further. From my house after he called my name. He put my Pizza on the lower counter. So I’d have to reach over to get my Pizza
And then turned around and started putting stickers on boxes. I’m not gonna reach over a counter. To get a Pizza then. When he finally noticed, I was still there. Waiting, he said, oh. Sorry and handed me my Pizza. So, is it normal to grab a pizza from behind the counter? There’s a reason why this store has low star rating.

I was nervous about ordering from here due to the horrible customer reviews. However, this papa John’s met my expectations.
This papa John’s pizza tasted exactly like all papa John’s pizzas I’ve had in my life. The crust is dryer and less greasy than dominos or Pizza Hut. The cheese and sauce had that same flavor. If you like papa John’s pizzas this hits the marks. The price was the same price as other places. The New York style isn’t quite as thin as the thin crust and the crust is thicker. It doesn’t have that floppy style that a New York pizza has, but it was thinner than their regular style. The chicken was good and they were generous with the amount.
The garlic cheese sauce must have fallen and it’s not sealed the best-it leaked in the box.
I’d recommend doing pickup-it’s a bit weird getting to this location but there are spots to pull in and pick up quickly. Pickup on a Saturday night (7:30sh) was quick. I was surprised how quickly they had it done.

Pizza was really scarse but what resonated with me the MOST was the BAIT AND SWTCH ON THE BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS.
THEY WERE NOT WINGS, THEY WERE COOKED CHICKEN BREAST SEASONED WITH A CAYJON POWDER. Dry as powder is!
I paid $32.00 plus a tip of $8.00 for a fifty cent horrible whatever cardboard pizza. Go for it!!!

Man, Papa John’s sure has gone downhill! The estimated time of delivery for my order was 53-65 minutes (or something like that), which it didn’t even state until AFTER I placed my order. Had I known it would take that long I wouldn’t have even bothered. Either way, it was still far longer than the quote time, as I waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery. My pizza was definitely far from hot, more lukewarm, upon arrival. Also love how they ask you to tip BEFORE your order is received. Additionally, you pay extra for toppings and get maybe one topping per piece of pizza. Might as well save the money and just get cheese.

Very disappointed with a delivery order last weekend. I called in, got a large pizza delivered, waited 45 minutes and ended up with a pizza that had part of the crust picked over by I assume the Door Dash driver. The pizza box WAS NOT sealed by the safety seal that other locations use. I was not informed that if I called it in, it would be door dash or I would’ve picked it up myself. I had to go to the store where they replaced it but gave me no compensation for the time or hassle and told me it was from the pan (something I have never seen before on any pizza). If you have the safety seal tape, why are you not using it? I don’t want anyone with a license that wants to make a quick buck to be able to access my food, especially when it’s not someone that actually works for the company or does not have a food handlers permit. Be better guys, take the 10 seconds to seal your pizzas before you hand them off.

okay this is the second time I’ve been to this pizza place and I will never go again. I ordered the Philadelphia Pizza as it sounded really good, it looks good in the pictures. I’m attaching a picture, there was such a small amount of beef, it was like a side, not the main seller item. there was not even one piece that had two pieces of bite-size beef on it. for the price this was not a good deal! it’s pretty much a cheese pizza, with a minimal amount of beef on it, more cheese and green pepper and onions.
Very disappointing. I mean nobody wants to order this Philadelphia Pizza and just get a cheese pizza with a tiny bit of beef on it.
Although the pizza tasted good, it wasn’t what I was expecting nor did it look like the picture. I rate as a 2, definitely felt like a rip off. and don’t order the chocolate chip cookie thing. it was burnt. I gave this place a second chance today, but I won’t again.
I will go to a different location. I can’t rate the atmosphere cuz I didn’t stay inside. but the setup is really stupid, it’s on the corner for the street location as a walk-in, it’s good, but if you are driving there is no parking in front or side. You park behind the building. in back of the building which feels like just that you are parking in the back of a building.

Papa Johns made an order right by us in Halloween. I’m so appreciative of their service and the managers attention in fixing our issue. Thank you Brian! We’ll be back soon!

I have to admit I almost did not order from here after reading all the horrible reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen! We had 2 different papadias that were amazing. They both had plenty of toppings and it only took a half to fill me up. Mine had so many toppings that they were falling out. We also got an order of the breadsticks and they were great. They were crisp, not soggy, and just the right amount of flavor. I also got a small pizza that is loaded with toppings. I read a ton of reviews complaining about soggy food and there was not an ounce of soggy in my order. I think my only complaint was the garlic dipping sauce was a little bland but it still wasn’t bad.

I’ll preface this by saying that I love Papa John’s. We are regulars, but the quality at this location has definitely been lacking. Our pizzas are always cut wacky, which we can handle but is kind of annoying. But the ingredients are often all disproportionate which, you know, affects the taste of pizza. Tonight we received breadsticks with cheese on one half, a bunch of cheese pooled in the middle, and mostly bubbles on the other side. Our pizza was smaller but put in a medium box. We love you, Papa John’s. Please just take a little more time to make the best of your delicious pizza.
