So I order a large pizza tonight. It arrived 25 minutes late, cold, missing all of my sauces I paid for and worst of all THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE BOX. And before anyone tries to say it’s pizza sauce it wasn’t. I took sauce from the pizza and smeared it on the box and the color was completely different. Definitely blood. I tried to call the store along with 4 other people and nobody would answer after 20 minutes on hold. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering a pizza. Do no recommend

What a great trip to Papa John’s -I was immediately taken care of and Dustin made sure that I had everything I needed. He knew what was going on with my order and gave me confidence that I would be well taken care of – which was the case from start to finish. While there he was able to assist another customer in a similar fashion. This location is blessed to have him working here – if I were his manager I would give him a raise today since he surely increasing ROI at this franchise location. Thank you! Plus while I was there Josh impressed with his hand-tossing of the dough – another great talent and asset for this store.

Got my last order wrong and manager offered a free pizza for next order. Here I am trying to call to redeem the pizza by reaching someone at the store via phone and can’t get ahold of anyone by phone at the store. They don’t seem to answer the phone anymore? Food tastes great. A couple things. As a door dasher getting orders from this place is awful. Wait is forever employees are talking more than working and one of the women there was rude and not welcoming at all. Just feels dead inside the building over all. Would recommend a change in staff

My first time at Papa John’s. And it was really good. Went over very well ( we celebrated Pi day with pizza and pie). The cheese sticks were amazing. And I absolutely love the garlic butter sauce. Meatball & pepperoni is my husband’s new favorite.

2nd time ordering from this location this week both times ordered cheese bread and it’s more like bread with butter on it no no cheese if there was an option to add extra cheese I would do that by 2x I’ve noticed In the last couple of years they’ve cut their toppings back to almost nothing But the CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY It’s been great they just need to add more options for extra toppings or re adjust to having more toppings again Any time I have issues they will take care of them either by remaking and sending or crediting.
Just an idea for the Corporate side if you guys want to Save money by changing the quantity of toppings do it like your sauce light, regular, or extra for your topping options that way everyone can get what they want and you cut your Manager callbacks/credits out

White Female hair a mess and never washed her hands touching cheese, meat, pans, cash register, money, face, etc. Music is loud rap. Asked white male employee who did wash hands who manager was, was shocked to find out it was the female. Thank god it all gets cooked in high heat. Black male employee was too busy playing with music. Very sad..
