We ordered in the app. It was quick and easy. We haven’t been in the store, so I cant comment on the atmosphere inside, but the staff is amazing and super polite when I called in to fix a part of the order, so I can assume the atmosphere is great. The order was delivered quick, but the pizzas didn’t look like they were just thrown together. The pizzas were hot and fresh. Soo good! We love a good pizza. Definitely ordering again.

Papa John’s isn’t what it used to be. Ordered a Large which is technically the size of a large (I think). However, there’s so much crust that the actually pizza and toppings seem more like a medium or less. The pizza has gotten so thin too. Pizza is not as inexpensive as it used to be and to get hit by some kind of shinkflation on top of it is not great! I’ll just say I’m not too excited to order again.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas, boneless wings and the brownie dessert. I picked up my order and drove home. I was pretty disappointed to see that the boneless wings was more like school lunch chicken nuggets. I think if I would have seen what they actually looked like before I would have passed on ordering them. ANDDDDDD The pizza didn’t have the crust I paid extra for. BOOO.
The brownie was the best part in my opinion.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with black olives, and sausage. It came with the sausage but no olives and mushrooms instead. I ordered some drinks and i got the wrong drinks. As someone whos been in fast food for 4 years it’s very important to check orders regardless if you are closing in an hour or so…

The last 3 times I’ve tried to get papa John’s at this location has been a nightmare. I order online and head to the store when the tracker says my pizza is ready. All three times when I’ve gotten there, my pizza isn’t ready and they have no idea when it will be. They’ve told me it’d be over an hour wait multiple times even though online it says it’s done. The last time I even called in before ordering and they said 15-20 minute wait. I waited over an hour and a half before just cancelling my order. All three times the customer service at the store was horrendous. The workers were rude and absolutely no help at all. This use to be my favorite place to get pizza but I will never be returning and can’t recommend this to anyone. If you don’t want a crazy long wait and horrible customer service for an average pizza, avoid this place at all cost!

Great pizza! I ordered online and did carry out. Ordering process was simple. I even used a gift card to pay a portion of it and then paid the rest in cash in the store.

Good place to get pizza not too busy on Sunday night when there’s no football. The guy with the giant pizza tattoo on his fore arm was nice. He gave me a cup of water for my passenger. The pizza was fast and good. I wish they would hook up the peppers a bit more. Man that garlic butter seems to be a victim in the war of inflation. If only we had a president of the United States who would take up issues people care about like Pizza portions and prices. Make America Pizza Again .
