I ordered on doordash, as it was snowing pretty bad, and it got here pretty reasonably. I haven’t tried Papa John’s at all so I wanted to give them a shot. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The cheese sticks, oreo bites, and the create your own pizza was absolutely balanced with flavor and crispness. My fiancé and I enjoyed them better than Domino’s and Pizza Hut. I know I would go back! Good job Papa John’s!!!

Ordered on line, pizza was piping hot, on time, and Justin (manager) provided world class service. Our first experience ever with Papa John’s was three weeks ago. We have returned twice. Pizza was outstanding! Justin treats us very well and we look forward to our next visit.

I will never go here again. It’s sad because we love your food but your employee we encountered was horrible. We came to pick up our pizza and waited for 15 minutes inside the store…..no one was there. Finally the girl came out. My pizzas were not ready. One of the pizzas had fallen in the oven. She didn’t explain that until she started making the pizza again. With her bare hands. I don’t know where she had just been? I told her to cancel our order and we would go somewhere else.

Found a very white nasty hair in my pizza that was obviously baked into the pie. When I called to say something I’m assuming he was the manager basically called me a liar. Said nobody in his store has hair like that and continued to argue with me about it like I stuck that nasty hair into my children’s food! I work in food service and I have never argued with a customer about what they found in their food! Get better employees or better hairnets because I know for sure my employees aren’t allowed to have long hair or long beards without the proper hairnets! Picture for reference

Doordasher shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for an order to be finished. Tried calling and they can’t even answer the phone. Once it arrived, we had to use our own pizza cutter to do what they should’ve done. Poor service, not impressed.

Its been awhile since ive had Papa John’s but i am always a well satisfied customer every time. It was easy ordering online and i was excited to find out that they offer a $6.99 2 or more deal. My pizza was right on time and my driver was super friendly. Still my favorite place to get pizza!

Ordered online and built my own pizza. I assumed that, like other pizza websites, the default setting is normal cheese, so I skipped the cheese section. To my surprise, I received a dried out no-cheese pizza.
Do you know what happens to a pizza without cheese? The sauce evaporates, and with nothing to hold the toppings they fly off the pie and end up in a corner of the box.
Why on Earth would you make people select that they do, in fact, want cheese on their pizza? Why would you process such an order and not check with the customer to make sure they really want a terrible pizza?
28 frickin dollars and you deliver me nothing but disappointment. I’ll never buy Papa John’s again.
